Hi Eric, good review. I noticed that 4 BR (inclusive) and above, to go to living room, we need to pass through the kitchen. I find that this layout is not appealing. I also have feel the Yuan ching road is remote area.

Private is a better and faster to huatness if you can afford. If not BTO is a good start too 👍
