My unit at woodleigh residences is in front of the compressor, the ground floor is ok because of the wall blocking the compressors and also a lot of landscaping to block out the sound and beautify the area. A few levels up is where it is the most chwee because they are near and can see the exposed compressors.

If the gap is $1500 wouldnt it mean that the current reserve pricing is good ?
