Only just found this film today. What a fabulous memento of a Proud Infantry Regiment and their Regimental Band and Corps of Drums. I have a copy of The Band's CD, "BATTLE HONOURS" which is recommended if you can find a copy. My father-in-law served in The Border Regiment in WW2 and was stationed in Carlisle Castle, also saw service with the Regiment in India and Burma.
I was one of the soldiers there. A sad day

Saw the band and drums back in 1984 when the the battalion did public duties in London.
Love the Bass Drummers' shoes :-) and at 17:07, "Sarie Marais", an old South African classic from the Anglo Boer war era.
And also official march for Royal Marine Commando
Okay, I accept that I'm biased. However, be that as itt may they were the finest band of any Infantry Regiment of the line.
15:13 National Anthem of France
The ones in yellow are wearing french uniforms and carrying french drums from battle of aroyyo dos molinos
