- This large windscreen is a good upgrade for highway riding. Almost no buffeting and easy install.

Lol that’s ridiculously huge. I honestly just started leaning forward with my head down a bit and it solves the buffeting. I use the touring screen. I’m also 183cm.
It is a lot less in person! But I understand!
Does touring screen do anything? It's just 2,5 cm higher. I just assumed not worth to even trying it.
I'm from India in Tamil Nadu ❤big fan
Thanks mate!!

What do you mean exactly?
@@droommotorI think he means your phone holder!
not for me. don't like the looks and a little wind on the original...don't be a 😾
Im only using it on long trips, otherwise the short version.
@@droommotor Nice to see there's on option at least. Tested a bike yesterday with OEM touringscreen and it was just unbearable above 65 km/h (I'm the same height as you). Not so much the buffeting though, but the wind noise. A total dealbreaker, even with ear plugs. I would definitely opt for this when going on longer trips/tours and put an enduro screen back on for city rides, commuting or going on shorter blast out in the woods.
there's not a little wind. It's not usable after about 60 miles an hour (95 km/h). It's not just that it blasts you with a clear wind, but it buffets quite a lot. It might be the worst screen in the 900cc category. Even Husqvarna Norden 901 with smaller screen feels quite a bit better than DesertX screen (this is because Norden almost no buffering, while DesertX quite a lot).
I wonder what's your height? Mine 183cm (6 feet). I just test road it today, made me very excited and happy. It's a very fun bike! But the screen and the seat are deal breakers, must be changed/improved. So, googling now if possible to fix those in aftermarket.
