Strange to hear that tablets have removed the charging block now. Samsung is really pinching those nickel and dimes they are getting off of its customers.
Thing is pretty much everyone has dozens of USB Cs lying around. So in a way I get the frustration, but looking at it realistically, we don't need those chargers. It's not like iphones where they use their own charger that breaks immediately, and now when buying a new phone, your charger is broken, you dont have spares bcs they use their own design, and are forced to buy a new one. So personally, with USB C devices, I really don't see a problem with it

I have a tab s9 (12GB RAM / 256GB Storage), and after a month of use the tablet started freezing after showing a flickering line on the screen. It goes away after I turn the screen off and on again with the power button. Samsung has no fix for this.

Samsung have recently dropped the prices, at least here in the UK, so more tempting. One point I'd welcome anybody's thoughts on - are AMOLED displays better or worse for eyesight than LCD?
AMOLED is an OLED panel, it is named like that by Samsung. And AMOLED is a better version than ordinary OLED, so the answer for your question is YES. It is FAR FAR BETTER eyesight, eye pleasure, eye candy, more vivid colors, deep black than the old LCD screen.
It's 11inches in terms of screen size. No slim slot though, although it does have antenna lines meaning it is capable of using a SIM for network connectivity. Apparently some other regions where the S9 is sold may have a sim slot.

I got few questions about this tablet, which storage are u using because they got 8+128G base varint and 12+256 above. I wondering if 8G RAM is enough for daily use because OneUI definitely not a light system by all means. Does it support 45W charging? How is the charging speed? I know a fact if you wanna 45W charging speed u need a 5A cable and 45w brick at the same time, and the cable in the box was not rated for 5A I believe.
8GB 128 is plenty for me and should be enough for the upcoming one ui 6. It does support 45W fast charging. Using the same charger that I use for my phone.
@@aaron_kim ok thanks but I still decided to get 12gb version just to keep it longer at the service lifespan. 8 gen 2 is a great chip and should be last longer than any s tabs
IpadOs is more optimized but overall OneUi with Android are pretty solid, OneUi is better at multitasking and watching videos (Amoled display and dolby atmos are so good), the good point is that samsung give you the S pen directly in the box unlike Apple. Samsung will update the tab with 4 years of major updates and 5 years of security updates. So you can expect to keep it for like 5 years atleast.
