Today I'm heading back to the arcade! This time, it's Direct Strike commanders mode! Will Stukov lead us to victory?

and with the swarmlings it can lag the game so much after like 35 minutes that a 2009 gaming computer would run at 1 fps max D:

that should not be a problem unless the other players start lagging the game because of their own computer...maybe like after 40 minutes it might start dropping fps to like 20 I guess

hey Incursus, the channel is growing fast! could you maybe considering to do lives (forts, starcraft, ...) again. 2 videos a day would be nice, but very hard for your time shedule I imagine.
Maybe a poll with the community will help out? btw those 2-3 hours forts stream where amazing!
He'll be returning to live streaming again soon-ish. He's visiting family and such currently.
The AI in this is surprisingly super smart. It will use abilities like devour specifically on high hp targets, and ignore the smaller ones.

next time try using infested diamond backs because they can pull air units to the ground at let the ground units attack them

And a player that leaves does not give economic power to the remaining players, I was doing a 3v1 once (I was the one) and didn't get extra minerals
In game 2, the aoe you are getting hit by is from your own bunker. When dehaka eats a bunker. He gains thorn aura that reflects damage. Stukov absolute CAN NOT get bunkers vs dehaka.
Nova is like the second most op commander in coop(her ravens are very op). So why not try her next

I find this game very fun to watch, and I also find myself feeling sad after a victory...not because you win but because that means the video is over. Could you do a best 2/3 thing from now on when you play (or just do 2-3 per vid). I love your videos and thank you

Dont know if you saw my comment on your Dehaka video, but in case you didn't just wana let you know i like your videos both the Forts and these new starcraft ones. Ive been playing Direct Strike for a while now and am pretty good at it, i enjoy doing dumb "meme" things or just strategies that are fun in general, if you wanted to play sometime or do a weird strat, i would love to join you, just let me know and ill get you my battle net tag, also let me know if your not interested.
Pls bring an all the other commanders too, its very fun to watch you crushing your enemys

If I spent half as much time as you did staring at the fights missing spawn waves I would never have ever made any wins. I don't know how you manage to miss waves and still win.
Stucov is my favorite commander and I like playing as him a lot, but there's something I struggle. How to use Stucov tier 3 units?
From experience I can tell that Stucov tier 1 and tier 2 is really strong, but I really struggle with using his tier 3 units. Apocalic cost 1025 minerals so it is a very heavy investment (and it needs vehicle upgrades), while his flying queens lead to my defeat whenever I try to use them.
Can you give me any tips when and how use Stucov tier 3 units and agianst which commanders/units they are worth using? Especially his flying spellcasters? Because I feel a bit bad that I don't know how to use tier 3 units on my favorite comamnder.

Would be cool if the bodies always remained, but didn't require much of the PC to stay there so it wont affect performance.
Can you please do a video on gas? I usually have 3 by 12minutes or so but my team's lately have been saying to put 1 or 2 gas down mid and late. Doesnt make sense to me considering they boost late game economy and dont pay themselves off for 5-13minutes

Fml I thought this was a Starcraft themed Forts map.
Incursus, Liberators are anti-air, but their main purpose is setting up in an area (like a siege tank) and killing ground units with a LOT of damage in a specific area
Stukov's infested liberators can't switch modes, they're pure anti-air specialists, with enough of them they're fairly effective against most air targets that clump up, like wraiths and mutalisks.(based on their performance in the video at least)

I dont like how you always rush extractors, its usually the path to lose...
Yeah, very bad idea to rush extractors. An extractor gives you personally 0.5 minerals per second. Holding the middle with units will give your whole team 1 mineral per second.
A single extractor as soon as the game starts is often a good idea because it pays for itself so fast, but second gas is generally something you get because you already have a comfortable hold on the middle. Either that or because you're already screwed and if you don't increase your income you'll be even worse off.
You normally do 2nd extractor with the bonus minerals you get from popping the enemy bunker, but often enough losing teams also add extractors if they lose their bunker. Too many nuances in Direct Strike, odd things happen a lot especially with Commanders.
Yes and No. For beginner and intermediate player rushing extractor especially more than 2 is bad idea. For advance and veteran player timing wave attack, building extractor in between wave and also rushing extractors if you have early game mid control because race advantage is a good idea because you can snowball harder at mid game.

As you could see, this was episode 11 of Starcraft after a 4 year hiatus, as he said in his placement video. He was learning the game you pretentious fart.
