If I get the sunrise and moderate exposure to the sun is that enough to subside and stop using the laser device and get the infrared light and benefits for hair growth just from Sun exposure ? Yes, the line this if delivery doesn’t change things. Panel devices also tend to have a much high light intensity than consumer grade hats, so there’s be better penetration into the scalp.

I would assume a lamp would penetrate the hair/scalp the same as a helmet. Just not sure if “laser” is more affective that “light” 🤷🏽♂️
