- This was prepared for a weekly activity in a Facebook group named "Cook with MMIR". MMIR, Malayali Mangas In Riyadh, is a facebook group exclusively for ladies including a lot of entertainments & competitions held online. So this week we had been asked to prepare a dish with carrot. So here is mine, hope you all like it.

Till how many days ,we can keep...
As we hv the lemon here as the preservative, it can stay for long time.....but may be not for more than a month...mine was over in 2 weeks time....so i cant assure you the correct period
