Julia, you are the true GOAT. I have started my photography business since 1st of July. I am still quite insecure about posing people and I sometimes have the idea that I am repeating poses during that hour. And you just taught me that it is OK! In the past week I have started booking more and more shoots of people who think I am doing an amazing job even if I don't see it myself. Keep up this type of content as I believe it is helping A LOT of new photographers all over the world.

Favorite tips: Keep the instructions general and don't micro-manage the poses.

I didn't expect your video today, but here they say the later the evening, the better the guests.
Thank you 👏 for the helpful video. I will note and test the individual posings. I'm curious how it will be.

One thing I like to do is take screenshots of poses I’m inspired by and refer to them on-site. I use Pinterest as inspiration and screenshot poses that looks cool and then try to use that inspiration as a base! Sooner or later I’ll get creative and do other poses

I 100 percent agree with all of this! ALSO I've found that bringing a Bluetooth speaker with fun upbeat music works wonders - especially with people who are nervous/not used to shooting. :)

Thanks for your videos! They are always so helpful, love watching them! I have a request or suggestion for you that might be very helpful to all the new photographers, like myself :) would you please share how you deliver images to your customers? I mean do you compress them after editing to share them with your clients? if so can you share some tips on how to compress from big sizes (straight from the camera) to smaller size and at the same time keeping good quality of the photos? what do you use to share photos, cloud storage or upload them to a gallery on your site? Thank you! :)

First I d like to thank you for your videos , tips and the channel itsbvery very useful for me as a start-up in portrait photography.
But I have a question pls if you may reply me usinf Af facw and eye detect .

I thought it is easier to take shoots for it and I was phitographing a ballerina on stage but Af with eye detection was very slow
Without was really fast but I couldn't focus all the time on her eyes while shebwas rotating
If you may pls give me a reply regarding AF or make tips for Af while taking your photos will be so helpful
