I cannot even begin to just say how grateful I am that your wedding was a reflection of Christ during the ceremony and also in the reception. This has been something I have been battling with since thinking about my wedding. I have always seen weddings that included God in the ceremony aspect but not in the reception. I know that this is confirmation for me to do a wedding with christ in the center for both aspects. I also have so many unsaved family members and friends that will be attending my wedding so am glad I could get to understand what a wedding like this looks like. I never leave comments but this, I had to. Thank you so much, continue to let God lead you. God bless you both and your marriage!
Wow! God bless you! Your vulnerability is refreshing. It wasn't the easiest decision to make but it was certainly worth it. Luke 20:34-36 is a great passage to meditate on and actually how we arrived at the "until eternity" name. Over time, we've learned that marriage is a covenant created by God between an imperfect man and an imperfect woman to sanctify each other to look more like Him until we are with Him. We are His "living epistles" (2 Cor. 3:2) and that stance should begin in our singleness and maintained through our marriage. We are so glad to hear your desire to serve Christ with your whole life! We will be praying for you, your future spouse, and unsaved family members and friends. Stay encouraged ♥️
Ah! I am having the same struggle. God willing, I will be getting married next April, and my sincerest desire is for God to get the glory at our wedding and in our marriage. I trust the Lord will grant is wisdom.

Love that you both saw it very important to honor God by not entertaining with secular music at your reception and allowing him to lead you. Not "turning up" might look foolish to a modern people but God is to be represented in all areas of our doings

@@untileternity I'll really appreciate it if you' you and your husband pray for me , it means alot I loss my eyes vision and I almost had eye surgery coming up but my health insurance couldn't afford it I'll get new health insuranc,e faster and I over worked out, I have muscle spasms I I was on the hospital I'll got a nerololgist November 17 , I cant walk or lift or run or take showers or baths like I used to.

We did kiss prior to marriage. We elaborated on our courtship experience prior to marriage in our Q+A video so definitely check that out! We can certainly elaborate on it further too. Some great chapters to meditate on would be 1 Corinthians 7-8 and Romans 14. Serving the Lord, keep Him first, and pursuing holiness are essential before and after marriage. Hope this helps! ♥️
