      @@russhall187 Hi there! Well, I have 7 needles in my ear currently (alpha gal, beef, pork, gelatin, carrageenan, GMO meat and one other that's slipping my mind!! LOL) I can take them out myself on Thursday. It wasn't bad getting them and Dr. Liebell was super smart. I can reintroduce meat slowly if I choose, which I will. Fingers crossed!!! Good luck to you as well.

    I’ve been doing well with my AG SAAT treatment too. I got it done at Liebells clinic in VA beach. Your milk reaction could be to something else in the milk like casein or lactose and SAAT can help with that too.

    I was diagnosed with Alpha-Gal over a year ago and I'm anaphylatic with dairy. I get muscle seizures with meat and byproducts. The doctors think that because we didn't catch it when I was 1st bit (about 20 yrs ago) and I continued to consume products not knowing I was allergic may have made it life long for me 😕
    It's pretty cool that you were able to be healed by acupuncture!

    • @sriddle4
      @sriddle4  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I’m so sorry, I hope you are able to find relief and peace of mind with this horrible disease. Sounds like living with it this long you have it u set control though. To this day Dairy is still my #1 trigger.

    • @meganjames1034
      @meganjames1034 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@sriddle4 it's mostly under control. However, not every chef checks ALL ingredients and sometimes we get false security with our orders.... that's the only time I have issues is when I go out, and we don't go out much to begin with.
      How do you handle the dairy slip-ups?

      Your comment has me curious. I have alpha-gal, lymes disease, and the other tick thing. I became epileptic at around 23 maybe... now I'm wondering if that's what has caused my epilepsy. None of the epilepsy medications seem to stop my seizures.

    Wow this is encouraging! Planning on heading to Harbor Clinic soon for my first appointment for my suspected Alpha Gal, and I’ve been nervous but this helped me feel better about going in.
    I also found that dairy seems to affect me a little bit so I’m avoiding it, but my doctor didn’t even mention it just mammalian meat and gelatin.

    Went to the Harbor Clinic too!! Lovely people :)
    Sadly I didn't see any positive results from my first SAAT treatment, even though I was told the procedure had worked.
    One teeny TEENY tiny taste of ham turned into hours of pain and the need for several Benadryl...
    So I'm scheduling to go back for round two.
    I'm still hoping this treatment will help
