L/J spins consecutively definitely should be moved up to B tier now that we know there's simpler tech for it
(in case no one's seen it yet, it's an upright S/Z to make an incomplete LST/JST, take the incomplete spin-triple then use the opposite piece to get the second spin-double)

As a player who had the responsible one diamond badge(my PB is 12 revives), my thought is L/J consecutive is much harder than S/Z consecutive... And color clear is the hardest one for me
A rank revive prompts' difficulty for me:
Color Clear>>>>LJ>I2>SZ>7 combo>40L
