Incredible to hear! Thank you so much for watching and commenting 🙏 I love mace training (especially the flow) and my goal is to make it accessible to everyone. Let me know if you have any mace questions, I'm always happy to help!
Ahh alright. 5 easily, 6 is new. Will need practice but I like it. I got about 6-7 mace techniques. Footwork to connect them all in Flow is shaky due to foot surgery. Doing all foot work on sand or gravel to minimize torque. Thanks again for posting these. It been a huge help in my recovery. 😎💪
Nicely done on Level 5! And love the idea of working on out sand/gravel to minimize torque. I bet that really gets the foot muscles firing too! 6-7 techniques is excellent. If you're interested in learning more, I have a free 57 page Steel Mace eBook that contains many more exercises, plus articles that cover topics like mace control, steel mace workout design, and flow state. I'll add the link below in case you'd like to download it! www.flowmadesimple.com/steel-mace-essentials-course-signup You're very welcome for these videos, and I'm honored that they have been helpful for you! Keep up the great work and keep the optimistic attitude. You've got this! 🙌
#5 is definitely fun!! Thank you! Working out the kinks in #6 - It takes a lot of focus and slow repetition to: a) get the Ghost Flip technique and: b) make it flow evenly on both sides! Fun challenge! 😊
You're very welcome, congratulations on getting #5! And stoked to hear that you're working through #6 as well. Love hearing that you're taking it slow and focusing intently! 🙌
Nice, congratulations! 3 and 4 are SUPER important levels. If you feel very strong in Level 4, Level 5 will be easy. Let me know if you have any questions!
I was smooth up until 5. I was able to accomplish 5/6 but it was awkward and I hit myself several times. 🤕 give me a week and I’ll get it smooth if my memory returns.
Oh no! Sorry you knocked yourself. No fun at all! Congratulations on reaching levels 5 and 6, but definitely take it slow. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Thank you for watching and commenting. Wishing you well!
@@flowmadesimple I purchased your e Book. You made me very happy with it. And I will defenitly come back to you for an online course when I mastered the beginners course. Although you say it can be done in 14 days there is so much info in it that I will probably some more fun time with it ;).
Well explained, I've managed to do up to level 5, but still trying to master lvl 6. Though I can't get rid of impression that "ghost flip" is a bit overcomplicated for normal daily training. More like a fancy to impress someone than anything.
Thanks for watching and trying this out! Congrats on getting up through level 5 and moving up into level 6. And I appreciate the point you make about the ghost flip being too overcomplicated for daily training. I honestly think the answer lies in what one’s goals are. The ghost flip is certainly not necessary for most training, but it does confer benefits to our hand-eye coordination, proprioception, and the mobility of our wrists and hands. Overall, I totally agree with you - Levels 3 and 4 are the most practical for daily training. But levels 5 and 6 are more so about having fun and finding flow state than training for specific strength goals. Thanks for your comment and for watching!
Nicely done! 5 is epic! 6 requires such precise hand placement and definitely takes time to figure it out. Thank you for following along and commenting your progress!
Hi there! Great question, and the answer is both yes and no. Steel clubs can definitely be used in the same swing patterns that we'd use a mace for (like mills, 360s, and lateral swings) but are more limited than maces because the handle is so much shorter. For example, it's much harder to do uppercuts, arrows, and shields with a club. That said, clubs are very versatile and can even be used in flows. Does that answer your question? Thanks for watching and commenting!
So cool. Your channel has the flow and skill building I’ve been looking for!

I came to 5, but it needs more reps to get it automaticaly. Very nice to do, good steps thanks.
Very nicely done! Repetition will absolutely get you to smoother transitions and onto Level 6. Glad you enjoyed the steps, thanks for watching!

All the way to 6, but not a confident 6 😂 Anyone else think level 5 is more fun?
Let's go!! 6 is super tricky for sure and 5 is a blast. Thanks for following along and commenting what you reached!

hi man, just a little question:
if i have a steel club, could i do with it a mace training?
