Taz's diet seems to be mostly beans on toast, ramen & pasta! Basically my diet as a student.
I like how you do the actual meals you have in 24 hours instead of other youtubers that just do 3 meals

Taz the sauce that you are eating at the end its called tzatziki, and its a Greek one..Its made with greek yoghurt, cucumber, garlic and olive oil. We are usually spread it in a toasted pita bread with grilled pork or chicken,french fries, onions and tomato and all together it's called souvlaki.
She knows what it's called, it says it on the tub, she just can't pronounce it 😂

you’re so right about overthinking every meal. i need to make sure it has enough calories to make me full, but not too much, be nutrient dense, taste good, etc... i’ve found fasting helps because i can focus all that thinking to just one meal a day instead of three times.
@nicole Please be eating more than 1 meal a day, you do not want to be doing just 1 meal, plan ur meals more in advance to get on top of it, ik it can be hard and is something I'm struggling with myself.
Having 3 meals a day will keep you productive and on top of your game, have 3 proper healthy meals and don't rely on snackage as meals, just speaking from experience.
@@neelvaidya1234 maybe she's talking about intermittent fasting where you eat for just 8 hours which is really healthy but you can't really fit 3 meals in that 8 hour span
Irina Sabiha something similar, tbh i’m 5’0 and not very active so if i eat three meals a day that are “regular sized” i’ll gain weight. it’s easier for me to to eat one big meal and feel full and satisfied.
@@nicole-su8dl I am 5'1 and when I am not intermittent fasting, I usually end up eating 1 meal too along with snacks , tbh I basically survive on coffee and fruits which I Know it's really bad but being in an Asian household where rice is at every meal, eating rice for one than one time a day puts me in so much guilt so I try to make that one meal as nutritious as possible
Irina Sabiha don’t feel guilty about eating rice! i grew up in an asian household as well but my mom always said rice is what was making me fat 😂 everything is fine in moderation.

Taz nooo, as an Italian you put first water, you boil the water and then put the pasta and a little bit of salt
Tasty Cheese on the toast before putting the beans on is the best! It melts perfectly from the heat of the beans, also then adding chilli flakes on top and Parmesan is the best way to eat beans.😍
