I have secured a PPA cover role within a school- do you know if this can count towards my ECT years? I asked the school but they weren’t sure.
Also I would love a video about lesson plan ideas to secure an ECT role. Thank you!

Really depends on your hours and the school so they do know whether or not it counts! Mine, for example, didn't when I did PPA but sometimes it can. It's due to the fact it's a financial commitment to the school x
