I really genuinely enjoy that when you're showing off the music you actually take time to show a track and dedicate even more so to multiple tracks. all around really lovely i'm glad I got this recommended to me!!
Yay! I'm glad you really enjoy it, the music matters a lot to me and I'm glad that comes across! I get better at it throughout the videos as I discover the correct language to use, but I had to start somewhere. I think the music in these games almost always deserve praise ^_^
After I platinumed AC6, I played the OG AC on my PS3. I loved the first game, 100% it (and I figured out you can change the controls which helped because I’m now playing the PSP games on my vita and having camera controls on the face buttons work great). I wish these games were more widely available. I just finished 3Portable and am working on completing it before I play Silent Line. I’ve been missing out, I remember when PS2 AC games were under $30 in retro shops.. 🙃
I'm glad you like Armored Core! You're right about the availability. While I do love the fact that Armored Core is known now due to AC VI and I wouldn't trade that for it being an unknown, it sucks that the older games ironically became more inaccessible due to them becoming really pricey. From Software should get on putting those games on newer hardware, I'd love a convenient way to play these games. They've gotten Agetec games republished before, so that's not the issue, I'm curious if it's just lack of interest or other issues that are getting in the way. Now that I think about it, From Soft hasn't published a lot of their older games in general... Hope that changes!

I didn’t even think to test it on my PS TV, it’s not a bad idea for using a PS4 controller, that might be interesting. I did buy my PS TV before it rose in price, but I donno if it’s great as a value proposition by this point for just AC1. Also yeah I wasn’t super comprehensive in my first vid, I’d change a few things nowadays if I could :P

2:31 - It doesn't matter if it's retro. Get a US PS TV (you didn't mention that that AC1 it's available in Europe) and you can use a PS4 controller.
