A song for Shane MacGowan

Although I knew it was on the horizon, it still hit me hard when MacGowan died last week.
I first heard his voice in '96 when I was working on a building site in London. It got under my skin and it never left.
He was incredible in my opinion. He was wild and free and lived life on his own terms.
