No BS, nice music, and just perfect how to. LOL and then I did it and had real fun getting it back together right. I was shooting it a few days ago and I got light strikes on a few rounds. When I disassembled it was in need of a good cleaning and I also smoothed and carefully polished parts that showed contact wear. However, I guess I 'twisted' to far to clockwise after I put the firing pin assembly back into the bolt body and inserted the bolt handle, don't do that, ONLY move the rear of the firing pin assembly 1/4 turn ONLY! If you twist to far the firing pin 'unlocks' from the collar and it will then slide out of the bolt leaving all the other parts inside the bolt body. I had to use a phillips screwdriver to depress the bolt handle catch and the spring to get the bolt handle back off and retrieve the spring and locking collar and start over. Also watch where your extractor is after the 'twist' because it slides around the bolt body and it must be in its' proper place to be inserted back into the rifle. By the way a 7/64" hole is just right for this process but the board has to be thicker than a 2x4 unless you clamp the 'hole' board over the edge of your workbench. The rear of my bolts firing pin assembly is different from the one in the video and that caused me some confusion, just pay attention to the 45 degree slant cut on the left edge which is on only one side of the rear of the assembly as shown in the video, it will help you align it up properly with the bolt handle catch.
Thank you for this perfect video showing the disassembly very well. The music is beautiful and relaxing, just the mood you need when working on this kind of hardware...
I replaced the spring with a stronger one. For me, the last step of rotating the bolt was very difficult. I had to use part of an old motorcycle inner tube to get enough grip. 我用更坚固的弹簧代替了弹簧。 对我来说,旋转螺栓的最后一步非常困难。 我必须使用旧摩托车内胎的一部分以获得足够的抓地力。
Nice video, but CZ527 bolts (the firing pin/striker) are built differently now. I have a 2019 made model, and you can't disassemble the striker like that anymore. You need some sort of tool to take some flange off that captures the spring. I'm probably going to just cut a couple coils off with a Dremel tool as I need to lighten up the striker.
@@fishinghunting1030 I cut mine today. The strike definitely seems a bit ligher...I wound up cutting off just one coil. Should play better with the small pistol primers, federal match specifically, that I use. I haven't had any issues with CCI 500, but they do say that those are some of the toughest small pistol primers, with Federal being the softest.
I also have a recent 527. I'm not finding info anywhere about what tool is needed to remove the spring retainer. Plus, the spring still appears to be under some compression, so I'm worried about controlling (that is, not losing) the retainer. I bought a new spring from Custom JP Products, but can't install it.
@@jonathanbarber7804 if I take another look at the spring soon, I'll tell you if it can be removed. I think, from memory, that it has to be pullers apart and re-pressed back on. Not really an easy DIY kinda thing.
Thank you for making this simple yet extraordinarily useful video. You have ended 6 months of frustration for me a novice firearm owner and shooter.

So simple but on ur own it was a headlock , looking at the video so easy,,,thank you from Montreal canada
Wow. Thank you for this video. You showed me how to reassemble :)
Does anyone know if there are different bolts for cz527 .223 rifles? or are all 527 bolts the same?
Forgot the pin that holds the bolt shroud on
Many thanks for this video. So instructive.
The background music gives me a House Flipper vibe and I love it.
Great short video 👍🏽👍🏽
类毛瑟栓,拉机柄可拆解
THE BOLT ON MY CZ 527 .223 IF DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE FEATURED. NOT AS MANY PARTS.
Good video
为什么我的那个bolt 在3:35处拧不动呢?
H G 多试几次,是不是有的零件装反了
要向外拉一点再拧。

Cz527这枪怎么?现在促销,想整一个。
Lin Wang 捷克的枪质量都不错,527短款建议买老款的,如果是豪华版的都可以
评价很不错,但是非常生涩还不如老的莫辛纳甘。
@@pewpew9040 我把槍栓拆過之後就不再澀了

I notice that too, looks the newer model the less friendly.
