- The couple of weeks leading up to Wolfsgart 13 was crazy with getting the VR6 swapped Rabbit ready for for the show! If you haven't already, go back and check out Episode 13 ( • Episode 13 for Wolfsga... ). Driving home from the BagRiders Block Party a bunch of things broke, so now that the car runs and drives it's time to iron out all the bugs. In this episode I go over most of things that the car needs, and make a start on fixing them.

Dave you’ll never guess what I found here in ohio I found a Car Lot full of R32’s and 1, 20th anniversary Golf in YELLOW. But I’m actually going to buy the Jetta vr6 they have for sale
If the brake light and turn light are both out on the left rear I’d be checking plugs and earths on the light cluster first.
I did check all the light clusters and they look in good shape. Funny thing is the hazards work fine, just no left turn signal on the front or rear. Haven’t swapped out the stalk yet, hoping that or a new hazard switch will fix it. Haven’t tried messing with a multi-meter either
@@wobjobs it’s a while since I’ve gone through the fuse box but aren’t the left and right indicators on separate fuses? You said the rear flasher didn’t work but didn’t mention the front and if the front is working I wouldn’t have thought it could be the switch. Im no auto electrician though 🤣
@@bealzibub4002 so all the flashers work when I turn the hazard switch on. So I know they’re all getting power and the bulbs are good. Presuming they run on the same circuit, my guess is the switch on the stalk for the left turn signal is bad, or a bad connection on that plug on the steering column.
@@wobjobs the indicators are on a different fuse to the hazards but I think both sides run off one fuse so I’m guessing wiring if the front indicator flashes. Depending on your fuse box the brake lights could be on separate fuses for each side
Vr6 still has sai? Should’ve deleted that
Previous owner deleted it
Just buy new tie rod ends…
I will when I replace the rack and I know it’s going in for the last time lol
