Please stop using the saying at beginning of each video ‘let’s go”, when another Vegas TH-camr has been using it long before you all have, please don’t spin the video when on to the next topic and let us know when you are getting comped for your meal since it seems like every review of food you talk positive about the food and drink
I have seen all their videos and I have seen plenty of negative reviews on food.
Well Karla we have been saying it since 2021, no clue who you are talking about but would be happy to hear about them.
We don’t pick restaurants that are known to be crappy so generally we actually do enjoy the food and you will find our receipts in most videos.
This meal was NOT compd, we talked about the price we paid (about $115 pretax/tip) and the only thing that was comp’d were our drinks after we complained about how bad a margarita was - did you miss that part?
Thanks Cindy, we aren’t promoters and are not paid to do them by the restaurants, we don’t even notify most places we are coming, since we try to present an actual real world experience that people can expect.

I can’t get into your channel. Your food reviews aren’t the best. And please learn how to pronounce birria. It’s not that hard.
A lot of medium-high end Mexican restaurants no longer provide free chips and salsa, so hats off to Rosa Mexicano for providing this. The Mrs and I dined there a few weeks ago and I have to say the drinks and meals were really good, borderline outstanding. We each enjoyed one of their margaritas, I had the blood orange, she opted for their pomegranite. We shared the crispy squash blossoms app. For our entrees, she went with the pork belly tacos, I had the duck carnitas enchiladas - best mole sauce I've ever had. All in all, every drink, every dish was fantastic. A huge thumbs up for this restaurant, we will return.
That is awesome - we really liked the food and it tasted even better the next night at midnight haha. I think our margarita was simply made wrong since it was so new, so we don't fault them and the manager handled it well. It is a good price point for that area and glad it is in Las Vegas
All those dishes looked fantastic and price point very decent! Free Chips and Salsa are getting to be a thing of the past so kudos to them for still serving them for their patrons.

Their frozen Pomegranate margaritas are crazy good and also dangerous. They’re also famous for their incredible mole sauce. In the 80’s they were one of the first restaurants to make a table side guacamole now it’s not uncommon but of course their guac is great! Rosa’s is now franchise all over the place but they originated in NYC. Great review and I’m glad you got a new drink!

Now this is one I can't wait to try! Not sure about the duck mole, I'm used to traditional mole, which is chicken and not a fan of duck. Bit, ohhhh mannnn, those empanadas....yessss ma'am!! And though not always a Birria (bee-rrree-ah) fan cause I don't like fat in my meat, but I heard it this meat doesn't have fat, so I may try it in the quesadilla. 😋😋😋
Oh shoot is it the rich/fatty meat? The empanadas were a nice lighter dish even though they look like they might be heavy. We definitely need to work on our pronunciation haha.

Oh man that sounds good right now. We are in diet mode once again prepping for our cruise at the end of the month. Now all i can think of is nachos, and a margarita, and tacos, and quesadillas, and chips and guac, oh god I gotta stop.

hey josh and rachel- one video you did that i really enjoyed, and would love an update to, is what kinds of comps you guys are getting. my girlfriend and i go a little less often than you do, but we gamble about as much as you guys seem to. our offers have gotten noticeably worse in the last year. what about you guys?

place was always deadAF when i stayed at PH, but defo have the hottest girls hostesses! the one in xc red was nice!
still pretty new and the place is gigantic, maybe in time it will catch on
