Thanks for encouraging me. I was gonna give up thinking I wasn’t smart enough to be an attorney since the LSAT is the Holy Grail for law school. I’m gonna give it my best shot
Dang, I scored a 153 cold in my diagnostic. Gives me hope of getting in the 170’s
You can DEFINITELY get there. I have friends that got into top schools with 155s/160s. Good luck!!
This is great advice. The MBE is the same way on the Bar Exam. After significant practice on MBE questions, you start to get a sense of what the correct answer is.
Absolutely hit the nail on the head when you talked about the expensive courses, I wasted money on test masters but the most improvement I made was in the library spending hours redoing the drills on 7sage and PTs
Please reply me when you see this comment. Ordering LSAT prep books but I am caught between Kaplan, Blueprint. Blueprint is kind of too expensive for me. What's PTs?
@@uchechigenevieve7324 Kaplan is really bad and Blue print isnt worth it for the amount they charge. The first thing everyone needs to do is take a diagnostic test, from there most people will need to work on LG as it’s the easiest section to improve. PTs mean practice tests.
@@aknife2501 thank you for your response. I appreciate it.
Uche, any recommendations? Preparing to take Lsat soon.
Yes! I spent so much money on that damn Kaplan course and it was bogus. Honestly better to just study yourself in the ways that will yield the best results.
My worst section is easily logic games, when I first started studying i scored a 157, and then i learned the test a little and was only missing 3-5 on reading comp and Logical reasoning, but like 10 to 13 on logic games, so I decided to just focus on logic games, i took a practice lg section today and got only 5 wrong! scoring a 166 now!
My best section is logic games, I hate reading comp haha. Let’s trade.
I scored a 147 in my cold diagnostic and I have 6 months until test day. I’m going to lock in and study hard.
BTW, in August 2024 they're getting rid of the logic games section. So, you can choose whether to study it or not depending on when you want to start applying.
You can do it!
How did it go?
@@willbennett3841 cancelled the test because I’m a junior so it’s still early but my current tests are in the 160’s now.
THANK YOU, great video
Thank you!

@JulianSarafian
me studying for 2 months instead of 4 😭😭😭
How’d it go?
@@KDVSmith bro I started at 165 idk how this guy couldn’t
wtf you took 4-5 exams a week for 4 months straight..??
how is that even possible
Thanks 🎉
Kaplan is the worst. I appreciate the video b. I'm starting out in the 140s but your tips are too generic. Just trying harder won't get you to the 170s
Keep practicing. I feel you, but I do think a lot of folks lack discipline to keep pushing
He has another video with details. This one is a short video.
Great vid! Should I start preparing for the LSAT at grade 9? My dream is to become a lawyer and I have completed a couple workbooks. One is by Kaplan and I am not doing bad at all on the questions except for logical reasoning. Lol
I wouldn't start until you are in college or university. There are only a limited amount of tests available. Better to start after 2 years of university at the earliest.
🙌🙌
nice
Hi question? Which book or method you recommend for logic games. It’s such a hard section. On another note, I believe that this is about practice 100% with u. Thanks. My score is still around 140s
What was the review like after doing the exam ?
How did you get a hold of over 80 exams... you bought them?
Stupid question, but is that all you did or did you review the sections on each test?
hello how are you? I'm an international student and I bought the lsat trainer by Mike Kim. do you think this is enough to help gain a 150?
Its the
Iaced it I got a foto graphic memory was so easy . Gonna be an Attorney hell yes
Happy for you but you sound cocky as all get out- already. Settle down, k?
