Yes do the challenge! I have been the workout twin but not my sister. I do need to get back into my strength training but I’ve had a sore elbow this summer so I’ve been bike riding instead to work 40 minutes each way when the weather has been nice. But I have been a slug for 3 to 4 weeks, so I need to get back into it myself

I started about 2 years ago and shaved off by pretty much eating like y'all. I kinda started to get off my path,but I am so invigorated by watching your videos. The problem with working out is you have to get conditioned which can take anywhere from a month to three on average. Once you get conditioned you realize how crappy you well after not working out for a week and actually want to move. I need to get back into that way of feeling its just going to take a lot of time and sweat. Its amazing how much better I use to feel

Yes to trying to do some type of exercise for the rest of the month! Any exercise is fine. Just make sure to take it easy at first so you don't end up hurting yourself and then there went that you know, I've done that by the way LOL And have fun with it! You got this! Love your videos 😊

Whenever I exercise, if I exercise, I just dance in my living room. I don’t have to beat the pavement, ruin my hips and knees and I don’t like exercising. But when I’m dancing I don’t feel like I’m exercising.

Walking is a great exercise to do. I lost 50 #'s 10 years ago with walking as my main exercise.

You should eat more fat, and make sure to take electrolytes. Don’t worry about calories in the beginning, just worry about net carbs!
