not cool to require people to sign up for marketing emails in order to access accessibility features (ie transcripts). You don't force people to do this to watch the video so you are not providing the sme service to disabled people as everyone else.

And in this company we have different departments like Ne (company's name) IT Services , Ne Restaurants... I created new team sites for this departments. And each departments have sub parts like accounting, advertisement... Then I have main sharepoint site too (Ne Company). And in this site I have that sub parts too (accounting, advertisement...). What I want is when someone edits, adds etc. files in other departments sharepoint sites I want the same work done in our main sharepoint site (Ne Company). I want to sync folders between sites but it must be one way (Departments => Company). How can I do that? Thanks for everything.
I was looking to link a document on my organization page and title the link differently than the actual file name. I didn't catch how to do that here. Maybe I missed it? For instance, the document file name may be Z077012012.pfd but I want the link to show as "Mortgage Table for 2022". Can I have the document link say whatever I wish, or does it have to be the actual file name?

Very easy once you have your link on that specific site add a web part by choosing quick link. When you choose the quick link it gives you the option to open the site on a new tab or just from the same page . I hope this was helpful
I'm not sure why you did not mention that Microsoft is moving away from subsites in your demo. There are some settings for organizations to completely remove the option. Also, you didn't show how to drag and drop items on the Quick Launch.

i think you can assign who can access a page or give restrictions to members that you dont want to access a page.i hope this helps
