    I read a book by a Shaolin Sifu with the same name as you so excuse my interest in your teachings. I did practice. I don't understand Chinese too well so my training was flawed but I could almost train like being young again. The training and watching is very inspiring. Non combat training or workout it was called, 28 day Shaolin workout by Sifu Shi Yan Ming

    Thank you. I love Wushu. I started Shaolin Rope dart, Chinese Cudgle and Shaolin Kung Fu styles last year and now at age 52, healing from major life injuries, I feel stronger than ever. ☯️🙏 Buddha bless us.

    Good exercise I should do it week 8-9-10-11 shaolin workout. It was good Weather because Workout calisthenics or street workout. If the good weather and sunning Sun I don't work at home, then I work out outside. Shifu Do you know Shaolin Nim Pan Chuan ?

    If Martial Arts is so important then how come Lee Jun-Fan (Bruce Lee) who acted as water and practiced hours on end died tragically at the young age of 32 Or was it that he mixed it with acting? And or wasn't wise enough [?] to avoid his destiny that day that the grim reaper showed up on July 20th 47 years ago
