Thanks man! I try to capture a few builds each year… and I think I “have to” for the GGBO. My kids think it’s cool, and that’s the main motivation. 😆🤘
saw a dude in SantaFe at the Rosewood Inn Anasazi Hotel with a "Shock the Fox" T-Shirt on last september and asked him "What is that?" and he said: "my buddy does amazing things with guitar building" and I looked it up.... very cool. been watching since last fall. Guitar building is fun.

This is a very ambitious project. You already have my respect. I cannot wait to see the rest of this process,, considering you are pretty much re-inventing the electric guitar on the fly. Nice.

@@shockthefox What I mean is that you are not following standard design concepts. You are truly creating a new design from scratch. That is very rare in this world.

Weight relief half moon with maybe a weighted insert. An idea I’m playing with and haven’t perfected yet but that is the obvious thing in my brain.

I too caught the "fox tool" router and had a giggle. I have to ask after seeing soo many ways and means to keep glue off the truss rod that you just went ahead and covered yours in glue. Is that because your particular one was covered in shrink tubing? or did you tape it someway that was not obvious to my old self? and this is yet another build with super gorgeous wood. People have really stepped up their games this year for sure.
