This person is an amazing master in his job. With his help, through online consultation, we repaired two 5KV UPS controller board with reprograming new BIOS. . Only after describing the problem, he immediately showed us the damaged part... Now both of UPS working like a new. Lots of thanks and recommendations from me.

I got an APC SMT1500IC....the small board 640-3705-z-001_REV00 is burned. The bridge rectifier and the fuse is blown....also R762, R758, R759. Can you help me identify the resistors value if you got schematics for this board and device? thank you

Without LCD
First of all calibrate software of UPS by applying Shift+p keys. If done then Ok.
otherwise check R27. If R27 is ok then check IC5 and associated components.

I connected my ups APC1500 with pc ,when i checked the modle number from command its showing apc1000 😭 ,so its mean my ups front panel is replaced with 1500 ,but actually its 1000watt
