Sir, mere paas surt5000uxi k control card me jaise hi battery ya main mode pe control (fan ) on krte hai, toh turrent hi control off ki command se control (fan) band ho jaate hai
Pl check low voltages power supply on main PSDR board.
Check your Off button on display panel and clean it.
Check your power supply on main PSDR board for any shortage.
Fan should not be off immediately after getting power on. Check voltages on all diodes ie +24V, +15V, -15V, +12V and +5V in power supply portion. A video on power supply is already uploaded.

Clear the alarm from display give self test and If alarm clears then Ok otherwise check inverter portion for any shortage.
