The crew, for the longest time Harley was an F tier villain *its a special category, despite being below D list villains on the hierarchy are usually more of a threat, however what makes them F list is they are not organized enough to work on their own and need to be part of a group or in other words goons and henchmen with names; think Rocksteady and Bebop, or Skeletor's minions, or the soldiers for Cobra in GI Joe*, in comics Harley is a tier skipper, which makes sense usually if an F tier goes solo and is successful *AKA people like the character* they usually at least end up in the C or B list categories depending on how they are written. Basically Harley was used to having other goons around, even if she was the "one with a villain name" head-goon as it were there still like four nameless grunts she could use as fodder before going solo. funny side fact: using this same reasoning we can say a lot of superheroes should be called F list heroes, but the hero side of fandoms seems to hate that and will argue "No, because they aren't henchmen following a boss or upper villains, they're teammates* even if they are heroes who just can't or don't really work if you try to have them go solo.

Literally the only complaint I have with this show so far from these watchalongs is that they made Lex Luthor an obvious bad guy holding press conferences as the leader of the Legion of Doom rather than his usual portrayal as the bad guy from the shadows trying to keep his public persona as the benevolent humanitarian intact while still fighting Superman. Even though I know the tone of the show is supposed to be more comedic and exaggerated than the original sources, I personally think it would've been funnier if Lex the bad guy had an extremely obvious disguise and alias like "Dex Duthor" or "Luthorman" or something and throughout the show a running gag would be people would comment how obvious it is that it's Lex in disguise (i.e. what people kept saying for literal decades about Superman wearing glasses to be Clark Kent) but the normal citizens of that world would be totally fooled the whole time.
I mean, I think it works for the exaggerated world of Harley Quinn. In real life there are many billionaires and celebrities who are publicly known to have done terrible things or are still doing them, but people either don’t care or look the other way, so for Lex to openly lead the Legion Of Doom and be a supervillain while maintaining his billion dollar company fits the exaggerated world of the show.
