Staff: “Okay everyone we are gonna roast the chicken today!”
Saúl: “So pan fry? Ok got it.”
he knew you can't optimally roast a chicken in that time
@@TheRoofWatchersyou probably can if you spatchcock the chicken
Saul's chaotic energy is always great
Second best regular featured chef on this channel
He's the best
He's the definition of a chaotic neutral.
@dilara11.7 Yeah but how does that make him not chaotic?
that maybe so, but all/most of the pro chefs fail their challenges by being too pretentious. The moral of the story for this channel is... never let a pro chef cook for you if they are going to go off the rails.
Epicurious listened when people kept saying, "We want to see the chefs taste each others food!" Thanks, Epicurious. This is amazing and wholesome and beautiful!😀
They do though. Watch "Ingredient Swap."
It's like the (food) 4 level and I always wanted each person to try other food
Saul ignored the entire assignment hahah, he can not be controlled. He is an ARTIST
Epicurious: We want you guys to make roast chicken.
Saul: No
"Always use food-safe equipment" Saul is a nutjob and I am 100% here for it
Saul: We making POLLO!!!!
That took me out 😂💀
Billy - shows how chaotic it can be for people cooking for other people for the first time.
Gina - How calm you can be when you already cooked before for other people but just dealing with a new recipe.
Saul - You've done it so much you just play around. 😂
Tips for peeling? Get a sous chef. - The Great Saul
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Saul's advice is always great.
"You want to be happy? Eat butter."
Honestly .. Saúl is golden boy for cooking videos :-D .. awesome energy, funny, inventive, charming and what he cooks is high end but you feel like you can make it too (few recipes i tried actually went really well) :-)
Congratulations! 2 Questions... Which of his recipes was the easiest to recreate? Which turned out the best? Lol!
I feel like Gina is on her own show. The dudes are pure chaos and she is chill.
Gina: "I've never roasted a bird before."
That's ok. Apparently, neither has Saul.
The saucy look Billy gave when he talked about his "hunks" made me laugh out loud. He's hilarious.
Saúl gets progressively more brutal with each appearance, I love it
Broooo sharpening the knife on the grill tongs brought back memories to my grandma doing the same thing 😂
3 drastically different vibes and i love them all. If I were put in this situation, ideally I should be like saul, i think i am gina, but really i am billy freaking out lol
Poor Billy- but that wok with burned on onions is so relatable 😂😂😂
Saul is like the uncle I never got to have. 😁 I really love that guy. Always funny watching him cook with immense amount of confidence. 😎
I’m amazed that Gina has never made a whole chicken and was that calm! She’s awesome ❤
I want this chicken to look like me, hot and brown 😂
Alternate title: Saul goes rogue
Such a wholesome video. :)
Loved the contrast between Gina's calm and Saul's chaos. Billy's constant stream of jokes had me laughing, hope his finger was ok.
All three meals looked so yummy at the end! Loved seeing the chefs supporting each other
"I don't wanna handle hot chickennnnnn" ..
Saul, having oil splash all over his arms and hands reaching for his chicken lmaoooo ahhh I miss the chef life
Billy is so funny, felt like watching a cooking show within a comedy series! Please let him cook more often :D
Can we get more Saul videos? We need all Saul all the time!
Agree. More Saul!
He was my least favorite part of the video.
Its fun all over, i would watch a web series of 22 episodes 😂. New chefs are great and pro chef is always fun to be around 🎉
Yes and more chef Frank please
Try guys have one
I love Saúl!!!!!😂 The energy, the knowledge, charisma!!!
Welcome to another episode of Saul making WTF he wants, no matter what he's told! Lol Don't get me wrong, I love watching him, but he never follows the rules, does he??
He is like, I heard what you want me to make and decided you are wrong.
What do you mean? There was no recipe that needed to be followed, so he got to do what he wanted. He follows the rules in the ingredient swap videos, just not the intent behind them.
@@lordsergal8783Except that he made pan-fried chicken, not roasted. Still looked great though!
@@Zeta_la_formica They literally told them roasted chicken!
@@jpiatt2807 when?
I'm simple I see chef Saul I click
Loving Gina's energy! Is she in any other series like 3 Levels or Ingredients Swap?
I love Saul's energy, and that they actually tried out each others dishes.
Gina is awesome. We need to see more of her. Raul is always great and had the most polished dish. And Billy had the most appetizing roasted chicken. Out of the 3, I would have picked Billy's roasted chicken.
This episode is just making me smile at the wholesomeness that's here. I can see them as such great friends IRL and warms my heart with the joy they bring us.
Gina's never roasted a chicken but seems like it came out great!
Saúl failed to roast a chicken but hands down I know I'd far prefer his meal!
What an awesome fun trio of chefs! Gina's butter+herbs combo under the chicken skin though!!! 👀 🤤 Amazing!
this feels like such a fun, slightly more professional reference to Try Guys Without A Recipe. Lovin' it
It's really just that time of the year when I'm binge watching Epicurious contents!! And woooohooo I love this one! Cooking without a recipe and it turns out to be great! I love all three of our chefs here
I love the Billy! He's so funny and chaotic he reminds me of Lorenzo a lot
The way Saul said, "it's Saul, MFer." I died laughing
The moment I see Saul, I click the like button and then gaze lovingly at his crazy antics! He could easily be a stand-up comedian! 🤣😅😂
Saul : I don't need a recipe, recipes are for babies.
Me: gee...thanks 😢
i love these new chefs!!! genuinely such a treat love you Billy and Gina
Saul’s just a rockstar who decided to be a chef
I love this format! It really gives us a chance to see what the skill levels and thought processes are like at each level, and I like how everyone's personalities come through
I see chef Saúl, you best believe I'm gonna click and watch.
Saul is such a character. I love it.
Billy is so charismatic and real! Please bring him on more :)
Guys...PAN ROASTED is still roasted! Saul does no wrong; leave him alone.
That was pan fried, not pan roasted.
That was more of a pan fry than a roast
I'm so glad they got to taste each other's food!! More of this please!!!
Chef Saul is the positive chaotic energy we all need in our lives.
I loved this series! Can't wait for more videos. Shout out to Saúl for having such fun chaotic energy ❤😂
Can u plz make all the videos with those 3? Unbeatable trio
This is a fun format! More of this please! 😊
omg all three of them were such a delight! Loved this :D
More Chef Saul please!
I second this petition!!!
More episodes like this please! It made my day
Saúl carries every episode, but all three were great here.
I would love to see more of Gina! She has a very soothing presence
Saul to epicurious is like what The Rock was to WWE. PLEASE, don't let him go to waste.
Our sister fried chicken for us whilst mother and father were out of town one night. The fried chicken looked great. The chicken was raw under the fried skin. We ate pizza that night
Saul is just amazing each video he's in makes me want more
I love thjs series because it gives everyone an equal footing and shows their level of mastery. We need more of this!
Billy has the chaotic energy of a uni student when cooking, I got flashbacks 😂
Love this chaotic trio
Always love seeing Saul
“You wanna be happy? Eat butter.” My Polish ancestors are now Saul’s newest devotees.❤
I love how chaotic these 3 chefs are in their own ways 😂 well done!!
Saúl never fails to bring a smile to my face.
“It’s not Saul, It’s Saul motherf*****” 😂
I might have spatchcocked the bird, to better control for time…but that’s just me.🤗
Yum! Looks delicious and sounds fun!
Billy YOUR SLEEVES 😭😭
what a fun episode, now in the mood for some ROAST CHICKEN
Great show, all!
Omg Saul recipe looks so yummy 😋
Amo al chef Saúl
I love this On The Spot concept
So enjoyed this video.
I saw the trailer and loved it so please do more
any tips for peeling carrots? get yourself a sous chef😂😂😂😂😂😂
Love all 3 cooks 😄
I can just watch Saul all day, the comments, the tips and the jokes ... its gold
Roasting folks....don't keep opening the oven! Prep everything ahead of time, put it in the oven, and don't mess with it!
I was thinking the same thing. And they kept it open. Personally how I roast a chicken is very simple. Salt it and put it uncovered in the fridge for a few hours to dry out the skin, then take out at room temp for 2 hours. Dab with paper towel, fill with onions, lemon salt pepper, olive oil on top and salt pepper, rosemary and thyme. Put in a pan with onion garlic and carrots and roast until at 160 and let it cook the rest of the way internally as it rests. Then make a gravy with the drippings.
billy was funny the entire video. what a guy!
SAUL FAN CLUB ASSEMBLE
I see chef Saúl, I click! ❤
Where is the full 90 minutes of the sunshine, warm and spicy Chef Saul?

Well Saul I guess I’m a baby because I need a recipe 🤣😂
YES BILLY. I love his energy! I forgot what other episode he was in but he’s so entertaining
I don't like him at all
No one asked lol
@@Joxxerfoxy he's a little girl who takes the Lord's name in vain he needs to be voted off the island
He was in the pesto episode of "4 levels of"
THAT’S what it was. Thank you!
so glad that they finally taste each other's dish.
I like this ! fun and chaotic :D
Ma’am…why is that chicken pale?…Whew chile 😅
😂
Saul is always the best!!!!!
Love them all but Saul i adore.
Gina is my spirit animal ❤
Billy's eyes are so freakin' blue! They're such a gorgeous color.
No seriously! And his shirt makes them pop.
That novice had some great innuendos, here for them. haha
