The kitchen is so nice. Perfect for a chef to cater a large event or cook to order for multiple guests like a restaurant. The island would make a great breakfast buffet. You could fill some of the fridge draws with juices, yogurts etc.
Yet it's also has the table and adjacent family room. It's great for the owners to cook while not being seperated from their family/guests.

“Hill” as in Beverly Hills. Is it a good thing? That’s sort of debatable considering this is over an acre with a big chunk of it that you can’t really use because of the hill.

I saw a couple other TH-camrs tour this house...it's one of my absolute faves....can't believe no one has bought it yet??? I wonder what's wrong with it???
Last I looked they were asking 32 for it which is way more than comparables, especially without any view.
I’ve seen it for about a year and a half or two years now and the owner hasn’t budged on the price.
Now, all you "home stagers" take note...look at all the media centers. Flat screens everywhere! Not to take away from an exquisite home, and viewing, but the entertainment possibilities are endless. Look at this entry. Wonder if it’s one way glass. Can see out but not in. The powder room practically the size of a regular bathroom. Don’t care for the step down living room but it is an amazing space. Spacious guest bedrooms/en suites and laundry. Massive sleek kitchen and island. Cozy family room with fireplace. Amazing exterior kitchen. Am I seeing 2 pool areas? Oh. It’s a hottub on the patio and the water features. Down the stairs. Grass area , dining/lounging area and pool. Very private. Oh. An elevator. Forget poker. That’s my wine tasting room 🍷. Love the 🎥 theater room. Upstairs next. Secondary staircase. Love the gym. The primary is amazing. Wetbar. Massive balcony. Lovely en-suite. Shower by moonlight 😂. Beautiful closets. Wow. That primary is a 3-4 bedroom apt in NYC. Spacious guest bedrooms and beautiful en-suites. As the primary is upstairs; thought there would’ve been another laundry room upstairs. Beautiful night views and stunning home. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

Can I offer a couple of suggestions? 1. Lose the realtor speak. Quit saying "Your pool. Your refrigerator. Your three-car garage." 2. Get a few adjectives in your vocabulary. Everything isn't crazy. Try wild, outrageous, or amazing.
That said, is this house for sale? Zillow says it's off the market, but it still shows 128 pictures like it was an active listing. Would they be willing to consider a reasonable offer? The Zillow page doesn't indicate the property was sold.
