This house is beyond epic, everything about the backyard to the downstairs level to the big kitchen and pantry, the primary bedroom's terrase to primary closet and bedroom to the furniture, even guests bedrooms and closets also i like the velvet bed frames my favorite, and lets not forget aboit the calm awesome view and how private it is, im obsessed about it all❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Kitchen/day to day dining/sitting area. Love the doors to the backyard. Huge pantry. Another pass through to the backyard. Great backyard. Lounging/dining/pool/outdoor kitchen/stairs to lower level/guest house. Love the lower level especially the bar. Game room nice. Oh that leads to that exterior staircase to the backyard. Yoga room. Steam shower and sauna. Elevator. 2nd laundry 🧺 room. Jp. This home is endless. Large guest room and en-suite. Great bar and temp controlled wine 🍷 cellar. Love the tiered seating theater. Unique rustic powder room. Even the garage amazing with the floors and tv. Bedroom with slider to stairs to outside. Amazing lower level. I’ve lost count of bedrooms 😂. Like the cozy Wetbar and loft at the top of the stairs. Hallway privately leading to the primary. Oh wow. His/hers en-suites and closets and wrap around balcony from en-suite to the amazing spacious primary with a designated living area with fireplace. Lovely guest bedrooms and en-suites. I am so tempted to write a Comedy sketch about one of these Tours… I’ll I can say is; Heaven help JP the way I see the skit unfold in my mind, I shudder to think how it would end… Lol.
Those heavy kitchen drawers were where you fit your fingertips into a narrow niche & pull are very badly thought-out. It's very easy, especially in a hurry, to break a fingernail in haste, even trap a fingertip momentarily till it hurts. I changed all mine to pull handles, knobs, etc. Far safer, faster & easier. Especially for a woman with long nails.. (Not me..).
