This house has been on TH-cam for so long. I remember being in high when I first saw an old house touring on it and now I finished my university since 2018 and here it is. it's one of the early best house touring on TH-cam and still no one want to buy it.

I really enjoyed this tour. The mansion has a very colorful and warm vibe. It didn't look as though the interior was computer generated. But I didn't quite get the pebbles on the primary bedroom balcony and the movie theatre interior was very plain. I would laugh my head off if someone joined me in using the side-by-side toilet. What if he went number two when I was there? Love would have to run very deep. Overall, the mansion is very unique, with a very warm vibe. My favourite area was the rooftop.

This is a beautiful 3 levels modern contemporary mansion with a unique design. I like the garage in the back, I like the three floors, and I like the balcony. I like the lobby seating room with the view of the water feature. I like the water wall. I like the three highland kitchens, I like the living room, I like the dining room, and the dining room pendant light. I like the master bedroom, I like the black tile master bathroom, I like the master closet. The interior designer of that house did a great job. I like the water feature on the third-floor balcony. I like the rooftop pool and space. The architect did a great job with a small space.

Dining surrounded by glass walls. Large powder room. Cozy 🎥 theater 🎭 🍿🥤🍸🥃. Beautiful detached guesthouse. Large primary and en-suite. Steam shower / bathroom with a view. Side by side toilets unique indeed. Love the custom enclosed closet. Large guest bedrooms and en-suites. Water feature and rooftop pool/lounging/outdoor kitchen/dining/ and street access to the roof? The water feature looked to shallow for kio and kio need really big water filtration systems, otherwise you could end up with expensive shiny floaters.
That wine rack begs to be filled with mad dog 20/20, questions: Should I leave them in the brown-bag when stored on the rack or does that scream Nouveau Riche?
I live in Atlanta GA. Does California have mosquito's? I ask because of all the water feature in not only this home but many others as well. This would be a pain in the a-- here during the summer ⛱️🌞. Mosquitos would be everywhere 🥴✌️💯.
My house is over 4000sq ft and they are parts of the house haven't been in since the real estate tour and home inspection. Have no reason to go in there. Housekeepers clean the whole house and my family when they come sleep on that side of house.

Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies.
With everything happening currently, this is some sort of good advice but then it can take a left turn when you go into something blindly, anything worth doing is worth doing diligently. Be sure to go in with the guidance of a qualified FA.
The stainless steel details unfortunately date this house, they should have gone with wood or another texture , it looks good in some areas but then looks like a house straight out of the 80"s

I agree, he always end on a lower longer tone in his voice after every sentence which makes it unbearable to listen to him when he lists things. He should freestyle more and not try to be a robot. Channel is great otherwise but this is a deal-breaker for sure.
