Definitely check out Times of Grace's first album as well. A song off that one "Until the End of Days" had a similar vibe to this song. They have a diverse sound, headbangers and songs like this.

SUCH an under rated band! I still think their first album is in my top 5 all time, maybe #1 (bold move I know) Killswitch albums are on the top 5 as well but they have a totally different sound. Both are in the same genre (Metalcore) so scream clean scream repeat, both bands can also slow their songs down though as well, like this one. Chris Read had a great recommendation with "Fall from Grace" and I would add "The Forgotten one" which is acoustic. If you want to check out some of their heavier stuff, personally I go with "Live in Love" (once again personal meaning, you might still like it) but I think you might like either "Strength in Numbers" or "Hymn of Broken Man" If you ever look at their lyrics, both KSE and TOG have a lot inspirational, lift me up type lyrics. Not exactly what you expect in most Metalcore.
If you want some more Opeth, I would go with Harlequin Forest, they do it live at that same venue I believe.
Also, the Home Fries miss you! What do you want? Sea Shanties? A song about butts? Christian Hymns? You want some John Denver and Oak Ridge Boys? You want to see Tim sing Tenor? Because we can deliver my friend. Also, I see that you posted Voiceplay today...enjoy! The requests for them are gonna come in hot as well as bunch of videos of their bass guy's solo work.
Edit: OOPS, I missed your original Voiceplay reaction of the Queen Medley, disregard me being a fanboy :)

@Chris Read LOL, I had to laugh at the butts comment! A vocal band or A Capella band (like Pentatonix, but more country/comedy/gospel) called Home Free that Tom has reacted to has a song called Butts or Butts Medley (basically 30 seconds to a minute of different songs talking about butts like baby got back, fat bottom girls etc...) It's a good song but probably not the best starter. Best check out their cover of Man of Constant Sorrow. I think because of my love of metal and growls, I really appreciate the bass singer (Tim Foust) abilities! That love of bass singers brought me to Voiceplay's Bass (Geoff Castallucci that has a lot of solo stuff) which are another amazing vocal band. For Voiceplay, check out Carry on my Wayward Son since that would kinda coincide with the Queen era, then maybe check out Tennessee Whiskey or My Mother Told Me.
As far as metal goes, I have actually seen and enjoyed Volbeat live, haven't done a deep dive on them yet as I tend to listen to the heavier stuff. As far as Rivers of Nihil goes, I remember hearing a song by them on XM radio years ago that kinda turned me off but I very recently heard them on my brother's playlist and I was like, "DAMN, this is Rivers of Nihil?" So if you have some good recommendations, I would gladly take them!
I have a feeling if we have similar taste it might be hard to recommend bands to each other, so I would say I listen to a lot of metalcore, melodic death metal, deathcore, progressive/viking/folk/symphonic metal, pretty much in that order. Funny that my top recommendation would be folk metal. If you don't already know Eluveitie, check out A Rose for Epona or Call of the Mountain for the more melodic and Rebirth for the heavier (ton more to recommend but this is a good start if you don't them). Wintersun - Sons of Winter and Stars but that has become pretty popular lately so im guessing you know that one. Amorphis might be a good one but being a Opeth fan you probably know them already as well. The Bee, Four Horseman, Golden Elk and Amongst stars are good recent songs. The Tuonela album is what turned me on to them back in the day.
Bands on my playlist would include, As I Lay Dying, Trivium, Amon Amarth, Black Dahlia Murder, Mors Principium Est, Whitechapel, Lorna Shore, Arch Enemy, The Agonist, Jinger, Amaranthe, Slipknot, 40 Below Summer, Incubus, 311, Il Nino, Devildriver/Coal Chamber, Fear Factory, Allegeion, Rings of Saturn, Unleash the Archers, Blind Guardian just to name a few.

Both Jesse and Adam sing on this track, Jesse starts the song off then Adam comes in when you hear the first "burden of this belief...". Good reaction!

Times of Grace will surprise you and each song is their own masterpiece, some are more melodic and some more heavy, Adam and Jesse the two singers are in another band Killswitch Engage which is very heavy and a lot of screaming. Times of Grace is a mix. There is some screaming, but in all it's all good. To Carry The Weight and Cold bring me to tears with the lyrics, like It pains me now to see That all your grief could carry you away Carry you from this life's embrace I can't give you what you need If you don't call out for me(Call out for me). Songs like Rescue, Medusa and Far From Heavenless are heavier with some screaming. They have a lot of positivity in their music, you might think they are Christian Metal. Sorry for the blue tint in some of my message. Love your reaction to the song. Great video.

The new album releases tomorrow (9/24) and it's amazing. Definitely check out "Far From Heavenless", "Rescue" and "Medusa". There are videos for all of them.

Jesse and Adam both were in a dark place. Jesse with his depression and Adam with is broken back and they started this band to help pull them out of their funk. Their first album, which is the only album out at the moment is very powerful. Heavy with positive messages. You should check out The Forgotten One off their first album. Its acoustic and the harmonies are killer.

Everyone struggles with their own beliefs & the contradictions life seems to play against. It tests those beliefs, through struggle & often pain. But the two work together to help continue our journeys ✌️🤎

Please react to CLUTCH (the best band you've never heard of ©). I suggest for your first go, either Electric Worry (their most well-known song), Burning Beard, 10001110101 or A Quick Death In Texas.
FYI...this same comment will appear ONLY if I have watched your reaction video. I am not here to spam your channel...I just want to help get a great band some much deserved recognition. P.S....I will always give your reactions a thumbs-up, even if I don't care for or like the band or song you react to...because I like you and your channel.
    Cheers!
