@@gregkoenig9200 on the 4 discbines we've had, there's an oil seal on the shaft and an O-ring to seal the hub assembly to the cutter bar. The O-ring is protected better, so probably not an issue, unless you get everything hot enough to start frying the oil inside.. but the seal only has a washer over it. Not much protection..
Well, that didn’t do shit. It would’ve been just as fast just using your hand to move the hay.
Don't burn the seal out...
