    Isn't it already proven that you cant target fat loss at the areas you want?

      Milan Mazić The real answer is it depends, in a typical day, fat is mobilised from wherever freely available and that's mostly anywhere really throughout the body. However, in a very specific periodised program ’spot reduction’ can have a slight impact even noticeable but does not trump genetic polymorphisms such as fat distribution. So, in short, kinda..
