where did you put the wires fiber optics through? the c pillar? i’m looking at mine and i can’t find where to push it through to the trunk
I moved mine through the passenger side rear pillar and then underneath the rear dash
So you put the projected box in the rear deck under the carpeted cover? Or in the trunk mounted to the underside of the rear deck? Also did you wire the lights to the battery? Or did you run a cigarette lighter extension to the trunk? Looks awesome brother!!
Thanks man! Underneath the carpeted cover is where I put it bro. Initially I used the cigarette lighter extension but I ended up just wiring it to a power inverter that I placed in the trunk

About to do this for my buddy but I’m having trouble figuring out how to power the lights as there is only a usb port in the back. How’d you power yours and how’d you get the headliner out?????
Best way to get the headliner out is to take the headrest off and lay the seats back all the way. When I first installed mine I had a 12volt cable extension because it came with a 12 volt power option on the projector. Otherwise I’d say go with a power inverter and run power straight to that bro

Yep! Take the headrest off the seat and lay them flat. Probably the easiest way to do it bro

Ran mine through the back passenger side pillar and into the trunks fuse box

Consistently working it may take 5-6 hours to get all the stars in. Really depends on how many stars you’re putting in

By power box are you referring to the projector or inverter? My inverter is in the trunk near the battery

I ran the fibers through the rear passenger side pillar and placed the projector underneath the rear dash where the rear speakers are. It comes with the 12 volt outlet to plug into the car but mine is running to a power inverter

I took the pillar off and ran it through then underneath the rear dash where the factory speakers are. That’s even where I placed the projector

They come down with the headliner bro. The wires are attached to the headliner so I just left them alone

@@methree3968 yo bro , I’m finishing up and I was just curious how did you set up your lil power/light box ? Mine gots a unstripped wire to tap I think and a cigarette lighter cord
@@Smiles5.7 I ran mine to my cigarette lighter at first but then rewired it and connected it to a power inverter. If you can tap a wire and get power that would be a good option too.

I think you’ll be fine bro. That headliner is really good quality, you’ll see once you get it out. Just use the smallest drill bit and it’ll work out bro. It’s hard to mess up honestly…definitely tedious tho lol
