@@miningmaniac442 start practicing with high school players as soon as you can. When you become athletic and good enough start practicing with college players. Always be trying to play better players than yourself, and you will learn fas
@@devinotero1798 this is not true. Playing against weaker players than yourself helps you to develop your shots and your technique. Whereas playing with older and better players you have to just get everything back and you can’t control the point. I’m not saying you shouldn’t play with better and older players, have a range. It’s sometimes good to play with better players for experience, but you also need to hit with weaker players to develop your shots
and that's how the media influences our thinking haha. i fell under the same trap. The video showed us only one side of the story to start: Stefan's good points. 0 & 1 in a 'Mazoo 16s final is an insane win for B. Let the data speak for itself.
Both look pretty much talented but 6-0,6-1 is surely an amazing score. The winner looks to have more room to improve in terms of power and acceleration of racket head speed.
nakashima was the top junior in the world, he would've blitzed all your french juniors. Also he just beat John Isner at the US Open and is top 100 ATP.
Guy in white shirt already looks like he is ready for the Semi-Pro tour and beyond lol. Yikes, this kid is so talented and BIG !! He is already at the 5.5 level plus
@@spartan997 exactly idk y everyone is commenting how good the white shirt is. It’s like nobody wants to give credit to Brandon just cuz he’s the better player overall
6-0 6-1?!? taking down a blue chip player that easily in a championship match is insane!
Now Nakashima is 19 and 166th in the world, climbing fast and maybe a future star
Oh ok I thought that was him. Wasn't totally sure though
@@icebear326 u thought it was brandon Nakashima snr or sum?
143 now:)
Absolutely awesome hes number 89 now.
33
Just goes to show how much consistency matters.
These guys are 16?!?!?!?! damn I gotta work harder
How old r u?
I gotta work harder as well but I'm only 13
they really make it look easy!

This was really entertaining to watch, thank you for recording this!
Looks like me playing with my friend lol
Congrats Brandon! You are a great example for other juniors who need to improve their court sense, temperament and sportsmanship...
When did he ever show bad sportsmanship or temperament?
and now Brandon is rising up the ranks 💥
@@jackson672 I think that was the point of William's comment. Brandon's exceptional sportsmanship should be an example for everyone
wow what i thought the other guy was winning
The blond kid looks like the better player but yet he only won a single game. Very confusing. He clearly has bigger shots and is more athletic
Me too
Not me. Blue hat kid doesn’t miss and has great technique. I’ll bet he blonde kid had 4x more errors.
@@quasar4601 thats because they showed highlights, not all the unforced errors im sure he hit

You'd never think a 6-0, 6-1 finish after those first two points. Dostanic set him up perfectly with those deep corner forehands.
Nakashima is future top 100 player for sure. How far he can go, not sure. But he's clearly exceptional.
Man! Brandon destroyed the runner up! Came here after his 2019 French Open showing.
would love if you show some semifinals too but great highlights
consistent groundstrokes with excellent form!
now nakashima out here beating hurkacz, who became 28 in the world this year, crazy!!
And hurkacz just won a 1000, crazy lol
Dude was the Djokovic of American junior tennis
Surprised score is one sided. Excellent video!
Not me finding these college matches more entertaining than the professional ones
its cuz the angle in pro tennis makes it seem less fun then it is
not even college, these players were juniors at the time
Top juniors are usually the most mature/level headed....Nak is very even keel, and incredibly steady....Great video
Way better than majority of WTA matches in 2021
fulfilling his potential ! big fan of this man
Very tough points !! Really the score was so one sided.. Looks like they are pretty damn even except for consistency.
Consistency is very important so u can’t really call them even
Knockout Nakashima is now top 50 in the world!
These boys are better than 95% of adult tennis players LOL
99.9%
i think Brandon will be top 50 one day
good prediction
@@calvin9187 lol
My son is 10 years old and he's been playing tennis for 3 years and he's done a shooting test with the test speed of serves machine is 55 mph
And now Nakashima is #133 in the ATP and coming up fast.

Do they play let serves at this tournament?
you should pop up the score every time you cut in between points
They were both grinders with similar shot skills. Nakashima was more patient and better at shot selection.
No grunting!?!?!? I LOVE it!!! Great tennis too.
I remember when Becker won Wimbledon at 17....these are just kids.
Wdym just kids. Look up Brandon Nakashima on the ATP tour...
Now nakashima is a pro
My god theyre good bruh
Adam was already on the tour at this age
I have got a picture with nakashima
Nakashima playing fritz at Wimbledon right now
I want to compete with this players !!!
Gotta up my game a wee bit
now nakashima is coming.
Very nice rallies
I can’t even hit straight.. I keep hitting so high.. I’m just picking this up as a hobby..
I have the same racket like brandon.
wow
I thought stefan was pretty good cant believe he lost that badly
wow this was a stomp
Bro what this not a final lol in France it s the beginning of tournament XD

The blue gay is a Thiem’s fan I think, look at his forehand 😂
I thought it was his Indians family name

Too slow hitting speed for hard court

Wtf is wrong w u?
