thats how all the pros play, on tv you think they swing hard and fast, they really dont. the difference between these players and the pros is the ball placements, better footwork, and variety of shots

I don't know the players but the kid in white has good ground strokes and even though he lost he has more potential since he has a attacking game. Serve and volley more you have the touch. Good match to you both

I completely agree. Both players are fantastic and who knows if the player in blue (winner) has more to his game than he showed here. He'll need it if he wants to win at the higher levels. The player in white looks like he doesn't care as much about winning now as he does building a pro style game.

    • @icebear326

@@maxxvelox2852 ya I think you're right. I do think the player that won has more to his game though. If you look him up on TH-cam you can see that he trains at IMG academy and often hits with pros.

Yup -- I noticed the same thing. Quinn has the ability to finish at the net. The lefty is winning more now because juniors (American hard-court juniors, in particular) favors that "groundhog" style.

It really depends on how you play. The APD and PD are great if you're an offensive baseliner with modern, topspin-heavy strokes, but if you're a serve-and-volleyer who relies on good touch and feel, they're probably your worst nightmare. Very muted and hollow-feeling, and don't forget *stiff*. Not denying they're good racquets, but like any racquets, they don't suit everybody.
