Because of this episode, you just became my favorite TH-cam channel of all. I rescued and repaired two of these in my 20's, great cars. I got 70,000 miles of ridiculous fun out of them. Fun fact: the stick shift naturally aspirated versions I had could both top 160mph. I'd be curious to see what the automatic trans versions top speed is.

Also in Europe the cars there didn't have catalytic converters so they ran better then the American versions here in the States plus much faster highway speeds too, only after the EU was formed then the cars over there became bogged down with those dreaded cat's.

Guy down the street used to have a 944. I saw it being towed on a flatbed more times than actually driving.
WOW, You bought a new car? You're really doing the 200K subs the right way, that never happens! Congrats JR
I see the problem, it's a Automatic, if it was a manaul it would have been 1500 in that shape
Congratulations John Ross on 200k! Watching you two work is better than the circus...... less crap! 🤣🤣🤣
Seventh congratulations. Good luck
i’m one of those weird guys that always liked the 944s i always thought they would be cool to do a American V8 swap to make them more reliable and cheaper to keep running i believe that Porsche used electric motors on the pop up headlights that made them pretty reliable for operating many people use those motors to retrofit on other makes of cars with pop up head lights and the ones from the Porsche 914 models i really thought the injector cleaner demo was really cool when i was young i was into water cooled VW s that used Bosch fuel injection i used to buy parts at Pick and pull junkyards off of older Volvos and aguars that used the same system and i too did all kinds of home remedies to try and clean them like you were doing with whatever i could find overall i think you got a pretty cool deal on the 944 especially that you got her running and many of the parts are functional best of luck getting it road worthy
If only there were some sort of reliable high performance engine you could swap into that 944...
hint, hint
944 engine is solid
Love watching those fuel injector cleaners work, so satisfying! Congrats on 200K brother!
Come on with that click-bait, it's like $90 to get this injector service done.
CONGRATULATIONS ON 200K!
Is Ambergini out of the picture?
How rude , john doe
I didn't think you would find another gem car like this again. Where the fix costs less than oil change, but here we are.
Congrats to Josh for saying "porsha".
