- With this setup I'm able to handle typical autumn temperatures which tend to stay between 10 C to 20 C.
The key is to be dry and protected from the wind.
The new backpack allows me to pack more warm clothes since it has a volume of 24l.
Nice video. Always interesting to see videos of what people own
Glad you enjoyed :)

I'm glad you liked the video :)

What about sanitary products?
Or medicine?
Or pen and notebook?
@@extrememinimalism
1. What do you mean by sanitary products?
2. Usually, when I travel outside Europe, I buy some painkillers and some anti-diarrhea pills.
3. I can't remember when I wrote something on paper.
Can you make an updated winter wardrobe video? And give some advice and tips for downsizing our life into a backpack?
Hi!
I can't do it now because I don't have a winter jacket or clothes. Once I get some, I'll do the video.
The best way to start downsizing is to simulate a 2 week backpacking trip. Try to life for as long as you can using only stuff you've packed. I'll do a video about this topic soon.

Cool video. If you had a swiss army knife with scissors you could ditch the nail clippers. Respect to you man you are saving the planet.
You are right!
I am considering switching to a better Swiss army knife. But never can't justify spending money to buy something slightly better while the current works fine.
I told myself to wait till this one breaks. Years have passed now.
....and you can't travel by plane with it.
Hi, cool video 😎 aaaand cool stuff 😁
I’m not quite sure but I guess you actually ARE allowed to take a swiss army knife into the plane depending on the length of the knive!?! They even sell them at the duty free shops after the security check. 👍

Thank you!
Never heard of it. Thanks for the heads up! I'll check it the next time I fly, which is pretty soon :)
Nice video! Where do you work?
Currently, I'm a physiotherapist and a personal fitness coach
cool vid man
I'm glad you like it

Hi, friend.
This is the first video I watched on your channel.
It inspired me to get acquainted with your other videos, and in the end I watched all of them, except for the video about making coffee.
You have a very bold approach to minimalism and life.
I am very inspired by minimalism as a concept and I would like to learn how to live the same way...
Now I’m just starting to get rid of unnecessary things and don’t yet fully understand which of them I really need.
I live in Russia and therefore, with our climate, it is unlikely that I could reduce the list of my things to such a small number.
Recently in Moscow it was -24°, today it is already warmer.
I decided to leave comments on some of your videos so that you know that someone in Russia is watching you. 😁
I don’t know English, so I write them in Russian, I hope the translator will let you understand me correctly.
May the force be with you!
ME:
Thank you!
For some reason, people like this video the most compared to the others I made so far. Which is a good thing... I guess.
I'm not sure how to explain it, probably will need to do a video about it, but having a few items is only good if other life settings allow you to live in such a way.
Minimalism is surely a cool philosophy, and practical as well. But it's not worth it if you get a feeling that you are missing out.
There are many cons to this lifestyle.
I didn't decide to be a "minimalist". I simply wanted to be light. I found out only recently that people made a trend out of it.
I will definitely need to make a video about it.
Stay warm!
May the force be with you! :)
I am a minimalist myself but I need a lot more stuff than is here haha. Just out of curiosity I have 2 questions: how much does it all weigh? What model of your Swiss Army Knife do you have?
Traveling a lot, I've learned to use this setup. This doesn't mean it will work for everyone. Especially if you need specific clothes for work.
1. I never weight it because I don't have a proper scale to measure it. But I used the normal home scale with and without a full backpack on. It's around 3-4kg difference.
2. I don't remember the exact model since I got it when I was in the boy scouts many years ago. I think it's the Spartan, but I could be wrong. The wine bottle opener saved the day so many times... or better said, saved the night :)
You don’t have a laptop?
no
I don’t either u only need a phone

Seems crazy to me. I am from a family, where everybody works with laptops/IT stuff. It is amazing what people can do, if they commit fully.
