PTSD is a bitch, what I experience is, my thoughts start racing and going back to what happened, hands and feet get all tingly, my chest constrict's, and I get extremely scared and it happens without my control. At one point it was so bad, I had strained and damaged skeletal muscles in my chest. But im getting therapy now, and its helping, just to have someone listen.
There were a lot of soldiers at that beach that were not combative. They still risk their lives because bullets were flying everywhere. Even before they actually got out, a lot of soldiers were already dead.
