Hiking to Zumwalt Meadow in Kings Canyon National Park | Exploring California | The World Cruisers

We finally got a chance to explore the Zumwalt Meadow in Kings Canyon National Park. This meadow is the most scenic part of the Kings Canyon valley floor, surrounded by high canyons, a roaring river, and colorful wildflowers. The trail is short, easy, and no longer a loop as the boardwalk was damaged by high waters in 2019.

There used to be a narrow swinging bridge there. It was washed out in the winter around 78-79. This bridge is fairly new to us who've almost been born in Cedar Grove.😊
