I'm new to this channel and want to say how much I love everything about it. The music, the people, the scenery. Learning gardening tips and long for a life like that myself someday with the right woman. Sit in the yard after working together on it, talk about anything and everything, or not at all and just sit and enjoy the tranquility of nature.
Also great to see how there's no evil influence of society in your videos. Just salt of the earth people living a good healthy life, physically and spiritually. All the best to your wonderful family. 💖

Its such a nice escape from the fires all around us today. Were here on the Smith River overwhelmed w smoke and ash. Our power has been off for 8 days. I'm watching on a phone I can charge w a generator. Its a blessing to forget what its like outside and go to the river again. Please Pray for our county. DelNorte is burning.

Brings back memories of when we lived in Hendersonville. I took pictures of my grandsons fishing in creek like this and had them enlarged. Won award for them in best pictures contest Good times. Grandsons grown now with children of their own.

Thank you for letting us tag along on your family outing.We have been dealing with wild fires here Kelowna BC Canada. They have been burning for over a week now but the worst is over.We were very fortunate not to have to evacuate and we are safe all thanks to the good Lord . it was very nice to see such beautiful nature and get to spend time with a beautiful family. God bless you and keep as your beautiful daughters say in their videos.

My parents lived by Lake Erie. They both loved fishing and hosting fish fries with the lake perch they would catch. This video just reminded me of the fun family fishing trips we had. They both passed two years ago, 7 weeks apart. Those trips are just good memories now.
What wonderful memories!!
My grandma lived on Lake Huron and we would fish every summer we went to visit her. We would go for two weeks and we would catch perch and my uncle's would fillet them and then we'd have a fish fry and to this day they are/were the best fish I've ever eaten❤

Matt looked so happy with that second fish. He's enjoying this change of lifestyle! Loved seeing the rushing water. I need to get out and fish when things cool off here in Northeast Oklahoma. It will be my first time to go fishing without my husband, but I'm ready.

That creek noise is making me sleepy. SO beautiful. Matt fishing looks like a cover of Field & Stream. This reminds me of a creek we visited in the Ozarks when I was 9. I laid down in the middle of it but the current was so strong, I couldn't stand back up and my mom had to come savee before I was carried away. Lol. It was beautiful and so cold. We have a home movie of that trip. We visited a place with a mill, natural spring but it also had a replica moonshine still. We filmed my grandma stumbling away from it. Lol.

This was great...I love being in the woods, by water , fishing & a fish fry...the scenery is beyond beautiful ...the creek is beautiful...watching Matt start up the Coleman stove brought back memories of my parents & I camping & using our little stove...I could smell the smell of propane...I wouldn't want to leave this place...thanks for taking us along...yall have a good evening

Nice that you guys can now have time to fish together! I’ll tell you a little story about my deep sea fishing trip. I don’t like fishing but enjoy being out at sea. We were in Prince Edward Island. I caught the biggest cod fish of the season, it was huge. I handed the rod to the captain. I couldn’t of cared less about the fish. It was hilarious to have that honour bestowed on me, of all people.🇨🇦❤️

Hi Tipper, I've watched the girls video already. What a beautiful place and creek. I took out ketchup on everything even fish. Lol. Tipper you need to write a book about your life. The beautiful mountain, the creeks and of course the people. You could take pictures and tell us about the plants. Tell your sweet stories of Pap and Granny and everyone else. Beautiful scenery reminds me of my recent trip to Indian boundary campground in Tellico Plains, and fishing for trout in Citico creek. I caught my first trout this year. My brother and I took the back roads into Robbinsville North Carolina. It’s such a beautiful place I Call it God’s country. Thanks for sharing.
I have some great memories of my grandpa and me trout fishing in the streams of Mitchell and Avery counties.

My favorite memory me and my sister took our Daddy with our kids to the lake.for a Fathers day. It was so fun them we fixed him Salmon patties beans corn bread and i made his favorite coconut cream pie. Now hes passed i tresure that day. I know you all enjoyed yours too blessings

I enjoyed it all, but my favorite part was the scenery of God’s creation & the sound of the flowing water of the creek over those rocks just so soothing and relaxing. Fish could be on my menu any time of day or night. Seeing the way you guys breaded the filets is much like the guides do it when we used to go to fishing camp in Canada. They would fry canned sliced potatoes and smoky baked beans. Love to see Matt use the old Coleman white gas stove. Only thing that was wrong, I wasn't there to enjoy the fishing and eating. Love you guys.

What a wonderful outing...family and food, isn't that what it's all about. Only one member short, but maybe next time. I envy your catching fish in that current. I am sure it is an art. And Tipper, as much as you appreciate nature, vegetation and the different little bugs, etc., I think you missed your calling. You are teaching us to appreciate all the different people, places and things that God has put on this ole earth to see and know. I do wish I had your knowledge of all the little critters you see and bring to our attention The only thing I CANNOT find a liking for are snakes. I shiver and can feel them crawl on me when you and Matt discuss them. It makes me more aware of what can be near when I go out in my backyard as our property backs up to a structure-less field. Stay safe and keep on teaching us to appreciate Appalachia. God Bless

I love that you got to fry your fish and have a picnic right there by that serene river as a family. I used to do that with my family but time has taken a toll and my Dad and I aren'table

Where you're at and what you're having is finer than any fine dining restaurant. Stream splashing, trees rustling, birds singing, critters crawling: the soundtrack of a bountiful life.
