How to pick the right life jacket

There are so many shapes, sizes, and styles of life jackets designed for every activity imaginable! But how do you know if it's right for you? This video offers some guidelines to consider including a good fit, including how to read the newer life jacket labels.
It really comes down to what will you comfortably wear for the activity you're doing. Play it safe, and always "wear it!"
