Love the videos. Wild to me that this has no gutter system on the back. That roof is going to dump loads of water on the neighbor's back yard.

Just out of curiosity, what was the cost of materials for this build? I'm looking to possibly mimic it to a 't' for my backyard. Great Job by the way!
Hey! The material cost was around 4K. Sorry I’m a year too late! The custom steel unions alone were 1200, so there’s that to consider.
