Glad I could help man! Hope you are doing well! Check out some more of my recent videos of the truck as well now that we are traveling full time in it.
Thanks for the video Cody! I just got a used ARB bumper for my 2010 and I will sure use your video to help me along. You put a bunch of time in this and I just wanted to say thank you! BTW My name is Ray.....Forgot to ask Cody, What is your current suspension set up? Looks to me stock but I could be wrong. I am also rocking the stock suspension. Curious to see what you do suspension wise. Thanks again, Ray
Hey Ray, thanks for the encouragement and leaving a comment. I did put a good amount of time into this video and so I hope it is helpful for you. It took me an afternoon and a few more hours in the morning to get it all done but i was also trying to make the video. Right now I have the stock suspension and stock tires. I think once my tires are needing to be replaced I might put bigger tires and a small suspension lift on it. Something to give me a little more ground clearance but not draw too much attention. Thanks again for watching. Hope you have a good day. Check out our other videos if you'd like. Take care. Cody
When you have the stock bumper off take the time before you install the ARB bumper and clean off your condenser and radiator and also if you are not offroading give all that metal a real nice clean and heavy wax to prevent rust.
Pretty good video. I would recommend to others though, leaving a larger gap between the bumper and the fender. Especially if you ever plan on putting in a winch. The bumper will flex when it’s pulled on and eat into the fenders on a heavy pull. I learned this the hard way.
I was going to get this for my 1st gen Tacoma, but I read it might need some modification, and it hurts me personally seeing something stock being put out in my truck.😆 I'm such a baby about my truck.
I dont know exactly but it does lower the front a bit. I ended up putting in a 2 inch leveling kit to lift the front up some more as the back end is higher stock.
Hey thanks for the comment! I'm glad this video was able to help you out! I did actually get my fog lights and blinkers hooked up. I have a friend who is a mechanic and he let me borrow some of his electrical supplies and he helped me get it all set up. I figured it out but i wanted to make sure i did them correctly. I'd recommend doing that if you haven't done it before. Have you tried doing it yet?
Tell me more, is there something i can see in the video that you saw. Give me the time of the video clip. I do have a noise in the front end that happens when i go over bumps and I haven't found where it is coming from yet.
At 2:54 right above your head. There's a rubber radiator mount on each side of the frame. Driver side is usually way worse than the passenger side due to the battery crushing it.

Is your truck lifted?
Good job man. Very helpful.
Awesome! Good to hear.

Great post man! Bumper looks great!
Thanks, we really like it.

Yeah I agree
Would this guide work for a 2013 Tacoma?
I would think it should as it is still a 2nd gen tacoma (2005 to 2015)
I was going to get this for my 1st gen Tacoma, but I read it might need some modification, and it hurts me personally seeing something stock being put out in my truck.😆 I'm such a baby about my truck.
Thanks for the comment
Thinking about getting this bumper. Do you know how much it weighs by any chance? I've found anywhere from 80-180 pounds. Thanks

Nice video, your truck looks awesome!, where did get the fog light kit?
Here you go: amzn.to/2kG4Wdi
Did the brush plate come with the bumper?
Yes.
Nice video man! Keep up ❤
thank you!
Hey Cody. Got my bumper on thanks to your video. Did you by chance hook up your Fogs and blinkers yet?

Great video! How long did your install take?
well when you're filming it takes 3 times as long. you could knock it out in an afternoon if you had a second hand.
Good Job thank you I am installing mine
Thanks for the comment. I'm glad this was helpful for you. What year are you putting it on?
This guy is hilarious, well if you don’t have a torque wrench just guess, what are you gonna do lol
haha thanks!
Your radiator support mounts are shot. Energy suspension makes a body mount kit that would be a worthwhile upgrade.

Thanks for the heads up! I'll take a look at them and see what i find.
