Torque values from the warn winch service manual: the two motor retention bolts 5-7 ft lbs. For the Allen bolts on the freespool clutch the manual doesn’t specify a torque. I called warn customer service and was told the Allen bolts are “hand tight”.

Ted Stefani I found them to be torqued around 45 inch pounds

Where can you purchase the control pack bracket shown in this video. I called ARB and they didn’t know what I was talking about.
    Thank you.

Looks like you have to contact ARB Directly. I also need one.

What size bolt, how many and what grade bolt was used for the bumper mount?

That likely depends on the make and model of the vehicle. It sounds like the bumpers are vehicle specific.

tom martin it's because the lever needs to be adjusted for the ARB bumper for easier access

Warn winches are designed to be “clocked”, or rotated, so the motor terminals and the clutch lever will be positioned properly. The purpose is to keep the winch “foot” (takes the load of the pull) positioned for maximum strength.
The default position is set for the most common applications. Applied to an ARB bumper, the winch needs to be clocked so the foot bolts to the bumper, the clutch can be accessed and the terminals won’t arc off the surrounding sheet metal.
