You know what is really RESTRICTIVE? Not fitting into an airplane seat so you don't fly anywhere. Not fitting into a lot of newer vehicle seats so driving is a struggle. Not fitting into any of the clothes at your local stores. Not fitting into the seats at sporting events, theaters, concerts. That's really RESTRICTIVE.
Also, the riding lawnmower not able to make it up the ditch in the front yard while on it and having to find a way to make it carry you up the hill by detouring somehow.
I hear you! Even some restaurants have chairs that feel "too small" I would much rather shrink to fit and be comfortable than have to go places that accommodate my fat A$$!
I totally get it! I’m a Carnivore. My nurse coworkers think I’m insane for eating this way. And I get the shocked 😳 look when I list all the things that reversed: face acne, lab work, anemia, 85 pound lost, better energy, better sleep, etc.
I’m a nurse. I work nights. I am going through peri menopause and struggling with sleep. I worry about cortisol but I don’t want to work day shift. I do other things to decrease cortisol, walk, read, love my family and my pets. I laugh a lot. I have a good life but I am obese and am starting carnivore. this video was very encouraging,
The nurses at the nursing home where I work think I'm crazy as well..even though they all witnessed my 75 lb wt loss and that I reversed t2d. They keep telling me I'm going to die of a heart attacks...you know all the fats..lol. I actually got so tired of hearing it I changed them to share labs..they're pretty quiet now 😂😂
I want to have a t shirt made with my "before" picture on it and " POWERED BY KETO" . I went from 22W pants to size 6 CUTE jeans! I'm only 5'3. Ill be 64 yrs old in 2 weeks and I feel 40! And off all meds!
@@kathytittle Thank you very much! You have a lot of great ideas. I would love your recipe(if you have one for the faux ta toes, and "potato" salad. I've lost 24 pounds from my weight that was steady for a few years, and forty overall from my all time high. When I go to visit my parents, my mom is always cooking great food and it is hard. She is naturally skinny(always has been), and eats like three servings of pasta and bread and butter, and dessert. She also overall eats healthy and walks four miles a day, but largely eats whatever she want. My brother got her genes. I got my dad's, so I need to watch it. Thanks again, and healthy living to you too! I just made some deviled eggs. I love to have things on hand in the fridge. I only eat on time a day at this point, and am not hungry, but still have a ways to go.
Kathy , thank you for sharing. I’m 62 with Multiple Sclerosis. I’m so happy for you. I’m having a hard time sticking with it. After reading all these wonderful testimonies it gives me hope. Many years ago I did Atkins and it really worked. 😄💜🙋♀️
I started carnivore a month ago after watching Sally K. Norton talk about oxalates, and the only way to avoid them is to eat meat, butter, bacon and eggs. I studied carnivore on You Tube for a year before taking the leap. I lost 14.5 inches and 12.5 lbs. my first month. Kelly Hogan is the reason I believe I can do this for the rest of my life! I am 62 years old.
At my highest 280, now 129#. Started w/low carb, jumped to All animal products 1 yr. ago. 64 in January. Now I'm told to quit losing weight. They think Cancer came back. Nope, 3 years in remission. Lowest weight in my lifetime and run circles at work compared to others 20/30 years younger.
That’s amazing! How long did it take to lose the weight? I’m a month in and have only lost a few pounds 😢 terrible period. Worried I’m doing something wrong
You young ladies are so very fortunate that you found this while you're young. I had been overweight all my life and it wasn't until I developed type 2 diabetes and it scared the heck out of me that I went first keto and now carnivore.. I have reversed my type 2 diabetes lost over 75 lb at age 63 and feel better than I have in the last 40 years. Keep preaching it ladies because every person that is unhealthy needs to know this way of eating is absolutely the proper way to eat and to be healthy!!
I agree totally!! We print t-Shirts to show the health improvements!! Ivermectin been keto for 1.5 years and feel like I did in my 20’s!!! I’m 57!! I’m just about to cross over into carnivore to see what it looks like over there!!! I’m so happy for you!!! And us all!!! ❤❤❤
I'm 33 and a mom of 7. I have been carnivore for 4 days now! I've never been without sugar or carbs this long. I am actually not having stomach pains anymore.
What an inspiration. I just started yesterday. I'm kind of hungry. I've had 4 scrambled eggs, 5 pcs. of bacon (2PM) and an 8oz. hamburger patty cooked in bacon grease and butter (4PM). It's 2 hours later and I'm hungry, what' going on? What should I do?

I might drink some hot water with ACV, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Tomorrow I plan to eat more at each meal. I almost didn’t do it because I just couldn’t imagine eating them like that. I ate them with a spoon, and what a nice surprise! They were good and I think I definitely prefer my eggs OE over scrambled and hard boiled. I can see why people put this on the patty’s, it would make them more “juicy”. I might do it that way next time. I’m still hungry (3:05 PM). I don’t know if I should eat or wait. How could I be hungry after all of that? Drinking more water. I think I need to eat more at each meal. ___________________________________ That's my day so far. I plan on eating my last meal anytime before 8:30 PM, that'll keep me in intermittent fasting. Well . I’ve been humongous for as long as I can remember. We’ve been on every diet you can imagine. We even went vegan for more than 6 months.. I watched Dr.Berry’s extreme weight loss ( the BBBE) and decided to try it. So today is day 2 and my spouse thinks I’m nuts but is being supportive. This video really helps put my mind at ease about not having any plants. I’m more motivated than ever. Thank you.
Love hearing these stories! My wife and I has been Carnivore for over 16 months and we each lost over 25 lbs. I lost my inflamation ,aches, pains, asthma and tooth aches.I had super depression and it's all gone. We also never get sick anymore 🤓☝️thanks for sharing Kelly! Your the best🙄
I'm Canadian and still in a stay at home lockdown. So it's weird seeing this festival- I'm missing my family, I haven't seen them since this pandemic started.

Kelly, could you interview some of these many senior women who have shared their stories in your comments? I really would like to meet them. So far almost everyone has been younger. Love your channel!
@@bonitakuettner5199 hi Mrs. Kuetter! Have you tried the carnivore diet? Has it helped you with your PD's symptoms? My mother-in-law has PD and I wonder if this way of eating could help her.
I got a Testimony this really works. August 29, 2021, I began Ketogenic Diet with Intermittent Fasting. Because I was diagnosed with Diabetes A1C 8.5, BP 200/10. Neuropathy of feet, going blind in right eye, weight 195lbs. Size 18. 64yrs Old. Today, February 18, 2022 my Dr told me I am no longer Diabetic. A1C 5.7, BP 126/63. No Neuropathy symptoms, right eye normal, weight 177lbs, Size 12. Recently course corrected from KetoVore to Carnivore. Feel great, many tendon problems are gone, Veins on eyes, ankles, legs are Normal young looking. In 4 months I will be 65 years old. Through it all I have been drug free, alcohol free, Clean and Getting Stronger with more exercise, weight lifting. Thank GOD for this rescue knowledge and now, experiences. Wow. Thank you to every Keto person and Carnivore people. I wow you my life and my appendages. I have kept all of my fingers & Toes. Good Vision too.
Boom, baby!! That's fantastic!!! If you'd to share your story and the details of what you do, please feel free to send me a message on Instagram. I. hope to make more of this type of video in the future. I'm really happy for you! :)
I love this! I changed to carnivore 3 months ago and have dropped 35 pounds, stopped all type II diabetes medications 10 weeks ago with perfect blood glucose results every day since. I’ve released chronic pain and inflammation with a massive increase in energy levels. Carnivore all the way !!!
I think it's easier to start with low carb high fat diet and transition into carnivore. That way your body has time to adjust you will crave carbs less and less and then you can move into carnivore
Thank you Kelly for sharing these stories. I’m over 200 and so upset at myself. You and these ladies make it seem like it’s possible. I want to be 160 also. Today I will start with a ribeye. Blessings
Love this video. I swore off Keto and Carnivore for 5 months ago because after 2 years I lost nothing. I think taking insulin has messed me up. Last week I saw your video with Dr. Berry and your success convinced me to give it another try. I started watching 600 pound life last week and I hated how important food was to their lives. Going to food for comfort and happiness just blew my mind. I started this week and committed to it for six months and reading a 12 Step study and a Freedom from Emotional Eating workbook. I have gotten to the point that I could barely walk. I believe I got it this time. Thank you.
Sharon, if you do start carnivore again I’d suggest combining it with intermittent fasting. While eating meat is great for the feeding stage there needs to be particular attention to the time in the un-fed or fasted state. What you don’t do during the fasted time can be just as important as the food during feeding time. Good luck!
Try beef, water and salt only. I have had similar struggles but eating only beef (only eating when hungry and drinking lots of water) is working for me.
Yeh if you've been on an unhealthy diet for a long time then it can take a long time to get healthy again. A lot of people i've talked to recommend doing it for at least 12 months to see its full benefits.
Don't give up! I'm 14 months on this way of eating, and still healing! I don't worry about amounts, but I pay careful attention to how my body reacts to what I eat try listening to all forms of feedback, like inflammation, appetite, energy, sleep quality, etc. I feel best with less salt, dairy, and seasonings, but a glass of dry wine doesn't seem to give me any problems. Find what you feel best on, and eat carnivore in the way you are hungry for. You are your best expert!
61 years old. Diabetes since age 26 and on an insulin pump. Have had 3 heart attacks. Chronic kidney disease and congestive heart failure and lymphedema. Have been struggling to stay ketovore. I am 5'3" and 265#. I found all of these stories inspiring and motivating. Thanks.
How are you doing? I am trying to deal with my recent diagnosis of heart failure through carnivore but meds are making fighting for weight loss very difficult. I need to lose 50 lbs ultimately, have been doing keto for a while but had some health problems…more meds and fibromyalgia pain and gout…no more walking….anyway, my cardio group would like to see me more fruit and veggies and I know better…..want to work around the meds that I need to take …any hope?
What a fantastic example of how eating meat has beautifully changed 3 lives for the better. It is plain to see! Great interviews Kelly Hogan! PS live the out-takes! 😂
I turned 64 in June 2022. I began low carb 4 months before my birthday and lost 30 lbs, then transitioned to carnivore just meat and water and coffee with heavy cream. The creamer keeps my tummy bloated. I finally got back into my size 4 jeans again from a tight size 8. When you're small all your life, a little weight gain is like 100 extra lbs. My goals: gut healing, reversing Hashimotos, muscle toning and a few more pounds of weight loss. Going forward.....
I love these stories! I have been carnivore since November 2019 and am holding steady with my weight and feeling great! Also, all these weird little physical problems I had (twitchy fingers and toes, enlarged uvula, scalp eczema, bloating and gas) are all gone! I'm 44 (almost 45) and weigh 122 pounds at 5' 6" and people can't tell the difference between me and my 18 year old daughter without seeing our faces. I love that I am going into middle age happy, healthy, and strong with no medications and no need for doctor visits. This makes me feel like I'm going to be a pretty badass old person. Thanks Kelly!
@@davidrodgers4760 I eat mostly meat (beef, chicken, fish) but I also eat eggs and a little goat milk yogurt. The two non-meat items I eat are homemade sauerkraut (for the probiotics) and onions (they don't seem to bother me and pair well with meat). Typical meals, today I had leftover short ribs for brekkie with sauerkraut and goat yogurt and for dinner I'll eat about two pounds of chicken wings. I have always been slim but looked at changing my diet due to chronic fatigue. At 40 I was starting to feel old! After nearly a year on carnivore I have never felt healthier.
I know this is a year later, but I wanted to ask, whilst feeling healthier, did it help a lot with the chronic fatigue (I'm presuming CFS/ME?) as well?

@@niczen4428 I went keto to start with but naturally moved towards ketovore (less veg). I am mostly carnivore now but occasionally like a little veg for taste. I cut out sugar and grains straight away which is a big step and made sure I stayed hydrated.
@@louisewood9253 Thank you. That's really helpful. I have cut out sugar and I think I'm in tune with my thirst cues (I drink around 2 L of water naturally, not forced). I have cut out gluten (and sadly dairy as I don't tolerate it well). Looks like the next step is grains (and those gf bread and crackers - which are good as a crutch but in some products the ingredients are far more scary than gluten versions!). I need to crowd it out with upping my fatty meats - which I enjoy, it's the sourcing that's tricky.
This video is SO FREAKING MOTIVATING! I love how excited you get for everyone! It makes me want to focus 100% on my goals right now. Thank you so much for this! ❤️❤️❤️
Well just finished my Beef Shanks and finger bones with lots of fat and marrow. Brewed up a Nespreso and now sitting here watching happy ladies! NICE! So then you guys start showing all these delicious healthy meats and I feel hungry again but no where near ravenous so I am chilled and continue sippin the Joe's and feeling nice. love these stories, could you possibly do some older women on carnivore? I am 66 and still overweight even after 2 yrs of keto, off the wagon, so to speak, for a few months and having problem getting back on track...would love to hear from some older women on how they started and the results. Younger women seem to lose weight faster with no skin issues( from video I have seen) probably hormones...thanks for the video!
I'm 70, lost 14 lbs in last 10 months. Would like to lose more but after a lifetime of dieting (including bariatric surgery 20 yrs ago and putting half the weight back on during a divorce) my metabolism is shot. Following Weight Watchers to the T, for 12 weeks lost 1lb a couple of years ago....at 68 I decided to accept "this is what it is" but hated the constant tiredness; the constantly coated tongue (which started after a juice diet!!), Came to Carnivore via Jordan/Mikaila Peterson podcasts...then this community. Couldn't IMAGINE not eating bread or crackers n cheese (my fav)...and rarely ate red meat. Took no more than a few days to adapt (though I did have to up my intake as quick fried medium/rare steaks were SO satisfying I'd just eat one or two a day). My only concern was what I was going to do with all the time I now had, not spending so much not planning, shopping and cooking. Weight loss has plateaued the last few months but my shape has changed, I can get into ALL my clothes in the closet (which I couldn't for years...new clothes are are a size smaller) and I'm so content not obsessing about everything, there's no way I'm changing or messing with it. The only thing I've added is a small slice of melon and electrolytes cos of hair loss. Carnivore (or dirty carnivore with my melon) has brought me food PEACE.....FINALLY....thank you Jesus...lol.
I’m 2 mos in 58yo Lost zero but very satiated by highfat carni Lost inches, clothes fit better I just tryinggggg so hard to be grateful I’m not gaining 😬 I’m still obese tho Need to lose 50lb at least
Thanks Kelly for this video! I was 165 pounds from age 25- 43. I am 5 feet as well. I could never lose weight. I tried keto and got down to 150 pounds. When I tried carnivore for 2 months I am down to 144 pounds right now. I am going to continue this forever. My knees don't hurt as much, I am not hungry all the time and my stomach doesn't hurt, which was painful my whole life. This is one amazing way to eat!!!!
Loved theses success stories!!! All impressive women. I recently apologized to my daughter for encouraging her to eat broccoli, which she hated, as a child.
Loving this segment. Such beautiful testimonies of some gorgeous looking, vibrant, healthy, well spoken ladies. One thing that struck a chord was " by restricting all carbs you can start living unrestricted life ", that must be an ultimate benefit of carni. You eat meat, you keep in simple and you can spend rest of your time with family, kids, on your job, hobbies etc. There is so much obsession created about food and what we eat nowadays, and carnivore is an absolute king of effectiveness in its simplicity. One ingredient is its raw state is all that is needed ( meat, or fish, or eggs, or cheese etc) some salt, a sizzling griddle or oven and 10 minutes later you are done, satiated, happy, nourished and calm. No fuss, no stress. When I see the total opposite whats happening in vegan movement - hours and hours spent on planning, sourcing, soaking, sprouting, grinding, mixing, juicing, sieving, baking, cooking, plus all unnecessary spices you need to be able to stomach it down. What a stark contrast just in that :-)
The thing I love about this WOE is that I dont feel deprived, hungry, and snacky ALL THE TIME!!! Im free from my hunger, so yeah, Im not eating carbs anymore, but in return, I get so much more.
This is so inspiring to me. Here in the UK, even low carb is still regarded as a pretty far out way of eating and my Dr advised against it - until he saw that I had lost four stone in weight in as many months (just under 60 pounds). About 3 months into my keto journey, I found that I didn't want vegetables and craving more and more meat. Since April I have eliminated vegetables and feel SO much better. Now I'm ready for the next step and to commit to a month of total carnivore to see what happens. I have another 20 pounds still to lose ideally and truly believe this will be the answer. So excited!!
I’m really starting this today. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and I’m allergic to most of the meds for it, plus the side effects of the meds are horrific. I have literally been crying all day because I am in so much pain over my entire body.
Let us know how your journey goes. Just remember go slow. Depending how many carbs you eat, you will need to remove them slowly to avoid the side effects. It's worth it . Good luck.
DeeAnn, I am so sorry! I truly hope you experience real and lasting relief from RA. Arthritis can be so painful and crippling! When I got off all dairy and veggies my arthritis improved rapidly and by 85%. I’m at 95% now. I don’t have RA although my hands and feet were so bad like you I’d sometimes just cry. Best wishes to you for healing!
Hey Kelly, I'm really pumped watching this video. I've attempted carnivore over the past year and my brain just keeps telling me you know you can have the coffee with hwc and Skinny syrups, etc. When I first started skinny syrups I thought they were the be all end all and like with sugar I just keep adding more to my food and drinks.😒. So I'm binge watching all your videos and going to try to get a handle on these sweet cravings. I had a hysterectomy back in May of 21 and then my husband passed away September 3rd of 21 so I've really been going down that slippery slope and gained back about 15 lbs since then. I hope this time I can do it. I'm pumped but some self doubt at the moment but working on more positive self talk. Anyway love your channel. P. S. I'm an all or nothing person so hopefully this strict way of eating will be easier.
I’m trying to cut the sweetener (monkfruit/stevia) out of my coffee too. I’m with you. This is hard, but I know that when we quit sweets, we become better attuned to sweetness. I did a 5 day water fast once and then ate some steamed broccoli. It tasted so sweet. I’m hoping I can reset my system to that permanently.
61 female 5’7” , 160, hypothyroid , chronic anxiety. Been carnivore for 2 months . I think I’m less anxious. Lost a dress size . I’m hoping my energy picks up. I seem to always need a nap. I’m determined to get my energy back . Thanks Kelly and for everyone’s comments !
OMG! There is something that will help me be NOT tired and NOT fat? I've tried low carb in the past, but never keto or carnivore. There were too many triggers with low carb - peanut butter, nuts, and the like. I'm going carnivore. Let's see what happens. Ladies, thank you! Your excitement and success are contagious.
Wow-thank you for sharing! I am right there where you all were but now a grandma who can barely walk. Have just heard about this way of life and have great hope my skin issues, allergies, auto immune issues, severe inflammation and weight will all change so I can enjoy my grandkids!
thank you thank you thank you I needed to hear that line: just because you've been overweight your whole life doesn't mean it's a life sentence could cry right now
The "I'm on the half closer to 300" is what got to me. Yep, I was over 260. I tell everybody (including my spouse) it was 250, but I know. I am down to 230-235 right now and have stalled out. I have been having flare ups with my psoriasis and can't get past it. NOT LETTING GOT THOUGH! My Goal is 150 and then down to 125. I am 5'3 so I figured that is a good weight for me.
Patient with the process. Your body is trying to rid it’s self years and years stored carbs… Sugar… All those carbs are highly inflammatory. Praise God, I know once you get over the hump, your psoriasis will subside.
😭😭😭 Thank you Kelly for these videos. I think I’m just about sick enough to try carnivore again for the 5Th time. Like every other diet I have not stayed consistent. I’m heavier than ever, have hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s and menopause 😫 I’m in pain and depressed from being fat. Oh I also have fatty liver disease. 🙄 i know carnivore could be my answer but can’t seem to continue on past a month. Can’t find a doctor that will support me. All the “Good “ ones do not take insurance therefore I’m stuck with the regular md’s. Wine 🍷 is a huge part of my social life and truthfully a gateway to failure 😞 I live in Nevada which is a 24/7 drinking “party” state. I know it’s a bad excuse, but it’s real for me. Now that the state is opening up all the concerts And events are starting back up and of course all the socializing over cocktails. I want to be healthy so badly and get out of this hell I just wish I had the strength to say no or find fun in a different way. Anyway thank you for giving me this platform to cry it out. You really do encourage me to keep on trying until I get it right. I hope to one day write a comment to you and let you know that it really did stick and that my life had completely changed for the better. 💜💜💜💜
I just love your videos! I am almost 50 with several health issues. Have done keto in the past and know it works, but got tired of macros and meal planning. Until finding you and Laura Spath just a little over a month ago, I did not know there was something this easy. (Hard right now because I am still learning and trying to break my sugar/carb addictions! ) I want to do this for the long haul and help my grown daughter, who also wants to be healthy! Thank you! And keep the videos coming. Love the success stories and the “news” videos!
My daughter now is carnivore, we eat fat together, but we do not count anything, we consume 3000 to 4000 to 5000 an day. I have lost 40 pounds I will be 52 . I'm to busy to count. Sugar is an on going issue addiction I deal with here and there. Sugar is poison so is commercial meat.
THE DOCTORS HAVE GOT IT ALL WRONG..This story just makes me cry because there are people that refuse to make a change of any kind to thrive and be healthy.. I don’t know if anyone checks up on comments on this old video, but I only recently (Aug. 2022) discovered Kelly after seeing her in a video with Dr. Berry. I am a 74 year old woman, maybe the oldest person at this site, I don’t know. I’ve been overindulging in carbs all my life and have tried too many diets to count. I have lost weight in the past and actually become skinny a couple of times. But I always regained most of the weight back. I recently have begun the carnivore diet along with fasting. I’ve been at this for one week and it is going well. This type of eating makes more sense to me than anything else I’ve tried. Even though I’m 74, I still have an image of myself as a healthier and slender woman who can wear all the clothes in my closet that I’ve not been able to touch for years.
I love this so much. I am doing seminars in our little town free, from the information I get from Dr. Berry and many more carnivore and keto people. Thank you Kelly for doing these videos. I shared this video on Facebook.
@@vr8921 you should start one. There would be none here if I hadn’t started this one. You might not get a lot at first, but you will eventually. Actually I like the smaller crowds because you can focus better and answer questions that those people have. When it gets to be a big crowd it’s hard to answer their questions. It’s something to think about. ♥️
💜Love it!!!!! Thank you for sharing your stories ladies and keep shouting and sharing from the rooftops!!!💜 your weight loss stories are amazing and inspiring for many others.
Thank you so much Kelly for being such a GREAT interviewer and listener!! I love watching your videos and listening to you and your guests! I love learning that people CAN be healthy and inspiring!!
This was wonderful! My daughter and I are going to the New Jersey meat-up in July. We're so excited, and hope to meet Kelly, Charles Washington, and lots of other carnivores!!
I want to thank you so much. I saw you on Dr Berry channel. I’ve been watching your videos and your energy is so positive and the people you have on are so inspiring. I’m on board. It’s freaky to just eat meat. Since last Tuesday I started. I have had cheese and pickles but other than that I’ve only had eggs bacon steak hamburger and I’ve had some hotdogs at a bbq today. No real cravings and I feel full. I have a cac score of 285 and the doc wants me on like 6 different meds. I read up on all of them and they are no good. I believe low to zero carb is my fix. Thanks!
Very motivating indeed....for me it’s about feeling better, getting rid of the depression, and pain from inflammation... the added benefit is the weight loss....
I sincerely hope you get the weight results you want soon, but I also hope you're healing and feeling better in the meantime. I'm glad the video was helpful, Maggie, and I hope things start improving very soon. ❤️
My daughter and her mom think I’m nuts and going to die of a heart attack on carnivore. Never mind that 2 months of carnivore lowered my blood pressure to normal and I’m off the bp pills (after a decade of pills). They think carnivore is a ”dude” thing. Just discovered your channel. I’ll let them know about you. Btw your news episodes are hilarious.
Love your videos....so inspiring. As you say, seeing average (but very special) women that are saying "if I can do it you can do it" really helps. Just switched from keto to carnivore so it is so good having some validation to stay the course. Thank you !
What inspiration you all are! ;) I still have a smile plastered on my face after the video is over. Thank you :) I'm 2 days in carnivore (still had a handful of greens with it) 0 sugar, lost 4.5 lbs and intermittent fasted 14-18 hrs! I hope I can last as long as you all have. Kelly, you and Ken Berry have convinced me to try this lifestyle ;)
Kelly, your glow is absolutely amazing. You look vibrant, healthy and full of life. Your carnivore lifestyle has to be the best decision, you could make! 😎 Keep up the good work! 👌🏼
This interview makes me cry listening to their stories.. Thank you for this.. It makes me just continue on doing this carnivore diet not just for me but for my family too..❤❤❤
You look awesome I started carnivore a couple of weeks ago, but yesterday I totally blew it, with pizza poutine cookies i just feel totally awful, back on track today I feel good on carnivore I know I can do it
Bonnie, I LOVE the idea of filling your street library with books about carnivore! It's funny, when I went Low Carb, and towards Carnivore a few years ago, I took almost all my cookbooks, put #Meatheals and a link to one of the Carnivore websites inside the front covers and popped them all in a street library at our local shopping mall (an inside one that moves around). Over the months I watched them all slowly leave to new homes. I can only hope some of those folks went researching. I now have a decent shelf of low carb - keto books that I would like to move to somewhere as I think they could help more people, so that idea has me thinking... meanwhile I have all the videos on YT to keep me going. I recently spent an insane amount of money on the last cookbook I will ever buy - The Cook Book by Nathalie Daniels about the PKD diet. Though, having said that, I could buy more carnivore cookbooks, there are amazing pure carnivore cooking geniuses out there (ESPECIALLY Chris Cooking Nashville and also Courtney Luna come to mind - I'd get their cook books!)
Fabulous insight. I could add a hundred more restrictive things. I’m sure many of us could. This is a great reminder and attitude shifter.

Amen! And feeling like crap all the time!!!
I have a good life but I am obese and am starting carnivore. this video was very encouraging,
How long did it take you to get better sleep?

Many years ago I did Atkins and it really worked. 😄💜🙋♀️
Wow !
I'm a carb/sugar holic. How did you start? I've got grandkids that I keep snacks here for 🙄. What's your favorite meal?
Forgot to tell you I just turned 60 too. These last couple months have been horrible on my weight a long with I quit smoking
Amazing 🤩

omg! yea I dread what my cardiologist says about the diet but I'm hoping before I see him I will have success in losing lbs.
That’s amazing! How long did it take to lose the weight? I’m a month in and have only lost a few pounds 😢 terrible period. Worried I’m doing something wrong
Yes!!! I love it
You young ladies are so very fortunate that you found this while you're young.

How's it going?
What an inspiration. I just started yesterday. I'm kind of hungry. I've had 4 scrambled eggs, 5 pcs. of bacon (2PM) and an 8oz. hamburger patty cooked in bacon grease and butter (4PM). It's 2 hours later and I'm hungry, what' going on? What should I do?

Your candida fungus in your body is wondering
‘What’s going on too !’
They don’t have any sugar or starches to feed on. So they’re pressing on you with cravings,
To feed them.
Try fresh squeezed 1/2 lemon in unsweetened tea (cold) for a couple days to kill them off.
Make sure you are giving up diet soft drinks & artificial sweeteners, that only tricks your body into wanting the real thing.
Once the Candida dies off, you might feel a little sick like flu while your body flushes them out. Drink plenty of water. (8 glasses) a day
Your body will reset itself and cravings will go away. 🌺

@@Christ_in_Christy Here is what I've recorded:
I started 6/16/2022 THURSDAY I ate:
2 PM: ACV drink
3 PM: 3 scrambled eggs, 5 pieces of bacon
7 PM: 8 oz. hamburger patty cooked in bacon grease and butter, 1 piece of bacon, 2 scrambled eggs
Today (6/17/2022), FRIDAY I ate:
2 PM: 4 scrambled eggs, and 5 pieces of bacon
4 PM: 8 oz. hamburger cooked in bacon grease and butter
7 PM: 2 boiled eggs
It's 6/18/2022, SATURDAY @ 1:14 AM
I am hungry. I don't think I ate enough. I'm unsure if I should eat something or just go to bed. I feel good in the fact that I don't feel bloated. I'm not STARVING, but I am a bit hungry. I might drink some hot water with ACV, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Tomorrow I plan to eat more at each meal. I got hungry about 2 hours after I ate the first two meals (2 and 4 PM) and then the boiled eggs seemed to keep me fuller longer. That's all I know. Going to bed.
6/18/2022, SATURDAY
3:30 PM: 1 lb. beef patty cooked in bacon grease and butter, 3 pieces of bacon
7:30 PM: 1 lb. beef patty cooked in bacon grease and butter, 2 boiled eggs, 2 pcs. of bacon
I didn’t get hungry until right around 3 PM. After I ate my first meal, I was full and didn’t get hungry until 7 PM. I stayed fuller longer today. I used Himalayan salt and my R. Calf is no longer cramping.
6/19/2022, SUNDAY
2:15 PM: 2 boiled eggs - still hungry, waiting for meat to thaw
3:30 PM: 1 lb. beef patty cooked in bacon grease and butter
8:30 PM: Ribeye steak cooked in bacon grease and butter
6/20/2022, MONDAY
10:38 AM: I’m hungry (I didn’t eat, just made a note of it.). Had some diarrhea.
2:30 PM: 1 lb. beef patty cooked in bacon grease and butter; 2 eggs OE fried in bacon grease
This is the first time I’ve fried eggs and not had toast.

Thank you.
You got this! 🥩
Sharon, if you do start carnivore again I’d suggest combining it with intermittent fasting. While eating meat is great for the feeding stage there needs to be particular attention to the time in the un-fed or fasted state. What you don’t do during the fasted time can be just as important as the food during feeding time. Good luck!
@@sigeptim1982 I do fast for 16 hours and feast for 8 hours. I am moving more and feel I am finally on track. Thank you!

Very wise! Keep going. I'm glad that you're staying strong. :-)
Yeh if you've been on an unhealthy diet for a long time then it can take a long time to get healthy again. A lot of people i've talked to recommend doing it for at least 12 months to see its full benefits.
Don't you feel any difference in any way?
@@experimentingme7669 no not really. In the first week I had one day when my energy level was through the roof. But nothing after that.
Don't give up! I'm 14 months on this way of eating, and still healing! I turned 64 in June 2022. I began low carb 4 months before my birthday and lost 30 lbs, then transitioned to carnivore just meat and water and coffee with heavy cream. I just tryinggggg so hard to be grateful I’m not gaining 😬
I’m still obese tho
Need to lose 50lb at least
Congratulations on your progress… And as we say here in America, sticking to your guns. In most cases you know what’s best for your body.
I’m really starting this today. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and I’m allergic to most of the meds for it, plus the side effects of the meds are horrific. I have literally been crying all day because I am in so much pain over my entire body.
Go girl.
I hope this change helps you out.. I am so sorry to hear about the pain you are experiencing. You can do it!!!
You won't regret it. You will be forced to face your drug addiction called sugar. It's an huge battle for some. One day at an time. Never give up.
I started Carnivore on April 7th this year and as of today, I'm down almost 65lbs and my BMI fat # has been cut in half. It works!!
61 female 5’7” , 160, hypothyroid , chronic anxiety. Been carnivore for 2 months . I think I’m less anxious. Lost a dress size . I’m hoping my energy picks up. I seem to always need a nap. I do weight lifting every second day. I think I may be depressed Maybe that’s the reason I’m napping all the time. I’ll see as time goes on being on carnivore I’ll stay carnivore . I’m determined to get my energy back . Thanks Kelly and for everyone’s comments !
Kelly, you're context can't be matched! Keep these videos coming! These ladies stories are great!
Have just heard about this way of life and have great hope my skin issues, allergies, auto immune issues, severe inflammation and weight will all change so I can enjoy my grandkids!
thank you thank you thank you
I needed to hear that line: just because you've been overweight your whole life doesn't mean it's a life sentence
could cry right now
Love ❤️ this. I started at 263 lbs. 🐓 🐖 🐄
How could ANYONE give a thumbs down to this great blog?! Fantastic stuff, again, Kelly.
I'm so glad you liked it, Fitz! I love sharing stories like these!
Bitter vegans.
Kelly, you are the best! Always supportive and positive. 🙏⭐💟🌹😍
So happy for you!
Got a rack of ribs in my slow cooker right now!
I love the fact that the tastiest food actually is good for us. ☺️
No masks!
I love it!
God bless carnivore!
God bless America!
❤️🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸❤️
Here I made the change a couple times , started walking up & down hills, roads.
Then came food changes, then different diets, then just green beans fruit & rotisserie chicken, and on that Diabetes left me 3 yrs ago. Last two yrs doing intermittent fasting.
June 14th, 2022 BP 144/88
Weight 204 fat boy Dunlaped.
June 25th changed over to strict carnivore .
July 12th wt 198.4 lbs.
July 20th wt 194.4 lbs and BP NOW 129/78 p-65.
Still doing intermittent fasting and will always do intermittent fasting till God takes me home.
Plans are to drop to 145 lbs and be in a 29, 30 or 32 pants.
Then I can wear tight brown Levi's and my big rodeo buckle again... Nice.
Working on toning up the glutes, a must... got a bunch of resistance bands and ankle & wrist weights and hike 4 to 6 miles three times a week in the mountains.. all anybody has to do is change one meal at a time.
You can do this.
We can do this.
Let's get going.. YO 🤠🤠🤠.
I have two blow out discs in back, one lower, one upper, other narrowing discs- degenerative disc issue like Alot of people.
If I can do better, you can too.
Throw those Twinkies out in trash and buy beef, butter, cottage Bacon and Jumbo eggs 🥚🥚. Get started today..
Don't put off till tomorrow what you can do today..yep.
My ole skinny self is starting to reappear. LOL 😆 🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠
im finishing day 8, so far so good, down 4 pounds, I just want this to work
There's no way it can't work. It's just your natural diet. It's not rocket science.
We've all been duped into eating garbage our whole lives.
It will
LOVE. THESE! Just sent this one to my girl, a 23 year old music major (who is meat-based keto)!😂👍
I love your bloopers & giggles at the end
😂 as well as the interviews ❤
Day 3 after a 6 month major derailment. Absolute strict this time and in 3 days, mentally I'm already starting to feel a difference.
I absolutely loved this video ❤️ Bonnie’s story had me crying. So motivational!
Was she not just a breath of fresh air??? I love all of these ladies so much! Thank you for letting me know that it was motivating! :)
🤗 you are just the sweetest! I so loved hearing from the other ladies as well... just incredible what they have accomplished!
I love the warmth in this inspiring, informative, entertaining video. Kelly...you always deliver!
All of us should be doing this!! There are no keto/carnivore meetups anywhere near me
@@vr8921 you should start one. There would be none here if I hadn’t started this one. You might not get a lot at first, but you will eventually. Actually I like the smaller crowds because you can focus better and answer questions that those people have. When it gets to be a big crowd it’s hard to answer their questions. It’s something to think about. ♥️
I hate I had to miss the live chat but I was working. I just watched it and as always it was great!!!
That means a lot, Kathy! Thank you so much for watching and for taking the time to send some encouragement ! I appreciate you!!
This was wonderful! My daughter and I are going to the New Jersey meat-up in July. We're so excited, and hope to meet Kelly, Charles Washington, and lots of other carnivores!!
NJ meat-up, this would be awsome. Close to home. Where may I find info on this?
Kelly had a link shared on Instagram. It's Saturday, July 17th, in Monmouth County, NJ. Steak and Butter Gal was mentioned too!
@@chrisflanagan4495 Awsome!! Thank you so much. Will check this out. And probably be there! 👌
Thanks again Kellie for a great video! Yes! Real life stories are the best.❤️
Thanks!
Great interviews! Thanks ladies for sharing your stories with Kelly and the rest of us!
Holy cow, her transformation is incredible!
I hope to meet all you ladies one day! Y'all are changing my life! Thankyoul!!?💕💕
Very motivating indeed....for me it’s about feeling better, getting rid of the depression, and pain from inflammation... the added benefit is the weight loss....
Great video! Thank you so much, Kelly!!! These 3 women were amazing, and so encouraging.
amazing stories, thank you for sharing 😇 badly needed motivation as I am getting bigger and more depressed everyday and its time to stop
I sincerely hope you get the weight results you want soon, but I also hope you're healing and feeling better in the meantime. I'm glad the video was helpful, Maggie, and I hope things start improving very soon. ❤️
YOU CAN DO IT!!!
Wow, these 3 ladies are so inspiring! 😭Thank you so much!!
Another Fantastic Video
Sweet people helping those who are starting to have some hope 🙏
Love that your interviews are short and to the point !
Watching this while eating my fried Beef/Butter .Day 3 Carnivore
Well heyyy
@@TheCarnivoreSoprano 👐👐
Oh I loved this! Great job! I really needed this today!
I'll started yesterday! Thank you all for the inspiration to try; I am so sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. God bless!
Kelly, this was just so encouraging. And I need it! Thanks!❤
how i'm just watching this now ? so light hearted and inspiring
Love your videos....so inspiring. As you say, seeing average (but very special) women that are saying "if I can do it you can do it" really helps. Just switched from keto to carnivore so it is so good having some validation to stay the course. Thank you !
Real life stories are inspiring. I look daily for the pep talk. Thank you.
Keep up the good work! 👌🏼
This interview makes me cry listening to their stories.. Thank you for this.. It makes me just continue on doing this carnivore diet not just for me but for my family too..❤❤❤
You look awesome
I started carnivore a couple of weeks ago, but yesterday I totally blew it, with pizza poutine cookies i just feel totally awful, back on track today I feel good on carnivore I know I can do it
Lindy looks like Reese Witherspoon, but even prettier. I'm so glad she's feeling free and strong and happy these days.
Great video! I love watching these every day! So encouraging and motivating.
Just awesome! I share all the time, hoping i can help one person r two...my sister,Lynda is me to and she looks and feels great!
I would fall to sleep on the couch every evening at around 6 and be snoring in front of my kids. Now I am awake all day and ready to go.
Great inspiration I'm starting month two. Several days in I was totally committed! Thank you so much for sharing
You are such a great interviewer - and really listen to the people you are interviewing. Thanks for sharing these awesome stories. Much appreciated!!
Amazing stories, ladies! Thank you for sharing! ❤️
Great video, seeing the success is so great. 😀
