At the risk of elevating Michael's ego I have to say that he is an excellent interpreter of Bhagavan's words and His silence . I love that story of Bhagavan authenticating a
document containing falsehoods on the basis that all is false . I think it is a piece of Divine comedy 🙏

In my humble opinion Michael is a most eloquent interpreter of advaita Vedanta . For those who are intellectually hungry he will feed them until they are sated and then maybe the mind will become quiet like a person who has eaten a heavy meal and then dozed happily post prandially .Regarding the bit where Michael talks about eternal meaning it is always there reminds me of Bhagavan's words " Infinity does not allow for finite parts within it " 🕉️

To be fair to Njsargadatta, his talks were translated, so there was that probablity of misinterpretation. Bhagavan's teachings were misinterpreted when he was alive, and some that misinterpreted Bhagavans teachings knew Tamil. I watched a tape of Nisargadatta on youtube, and the translation on the bottom was different from the oral translation given. Both could have missed the message that Sri Nisargadatta was implying. Why are Bhagavan's teachings clearer? The reason is because Sadhu Om knew who Bhagavan actually is. Ramana's teachings are subtle, so misunderstanding is prevalent. When you understand something, it is easily to simplify it. Sadhu Om was able to do just that. Michael, being with Sadhu Om, was able to imbibe Sadhu Om's pure understanding of Bhagavan. Without Sadhu Om, we would be complicating things. Thank you for Michael for loving Bhagavan soo much that you were willing to talk to us hopeless cases. 🙏 At the end of the day, we are not here to know about other people and what they did and did not do. Bhagavan is taking care of them, as he is doing so with us. Michael said in the 4-12-2020 talk with a Satsang group, our only concern is to surrender to Bhagavan.

Thank you Michael. I am very grateful for this and all of your videos.
I have a clearer understanding of destiny but still some questions remain.

When the ego disappears what remains is "I-I". That soundless
I-I now represents the Reality of what I am. After the investigation "Who am I" when I thought disappears along with body and world, only realization remains of I-I. constantly. This is my experience. That means I am not lost. I am all whatever is there. Any thing other than I-I is not true. Only those will know the truth of I-I who have realized it after the distraction of ego.

Michael in min 9:13 you say "refraining from attending to other things thats not sufficient by itself"
Then you explain that inorder for us to destroy the mind we need to attend only to ourself, does that mean to be in a state of pure attention not to anything but just to be attentive!! but to be in a state of full attention, means giving attention not only to myself but also to everything around me.. I'm just trying to understand how to be only attentive to myself alone and not attentive to anything else!
    Much appreciated,

Is it to be aware of how my ego interacts with its surroundings every second of the day, just to watch it keenly!

Not convinced how blissful the self is said to be, in sleep. I wake up without having noticed it. If I am in bliss but do not know it, am I in bliss or not?

All organisms and May other non organisms have awareness. However the only organism that can aware of self is human. Because of that, all the animals / others except human are remained in the original state and only human cultivated a 2nd ‘I’ which is the ego that has been identified as the body, hence the human state has changed, the humanity world has become not for the survival and being but for the excessive material possessions to endlessly feeding the mental needs which is the egos. This ego killed the original human being and cultivated a temporary happiness but an infinite pain .
Wake up human, we may need learn something from the other organisms/ non organisms that has the awareness and stay there just be and ‘do’ whatever needed for the survival now and then. Just aware ever moment existence being and doing for the need that’s all and that’s is the real life because there is no yesterday and no tomorrow the only life is here and now and the awareness at this moment anything else is false and unrelated waste ‘doing’ .
    - By my understanding
