Air filter you mean correct ... also I have a gen 3b engine 2019 Audi A3 .....there is a sensor by the intake hose and the apr part you recommended on the website says it won’t fit ..... any others you recommend..... thanks again man I look for your advice a lot as I don’t know about cars but want to get into it

I don't think those older 2nd gen models had turbo mufflers. If you've exhausted searching for inlets likely not something available for that platform unfortunately.

does audi rs7 plugs work on a32015 and if they fit would this cause any damage to the car??? my car has no upgrades and if i install the rs7 plugs is anything gonna happen that causes problems to the engine ??
My Audi A3 1.8T has a censor on the intake and I can’t put the apr intake since there is a censor... are there any cooler intakes for an Audi A3 1.8t 2018 it has to be for 2018 bc of the censor
That can also depend on the type of mount. (polyurethane/ stainless steel) Most guys are willing to accept a little vibration in exchange for better shifting and drivetrain rigidity especially when making stage 2 power and up. Lots of advantages to upgraded pendulum and dogbone mounts. I suppose it comes down to personal preference and the use of the car
@@savagepandaprojects Ya I used to leave a copy of that in my passenger seat with previous cars whenever I took it to the dealer for service lol. I was worried more about the turbo inlet pipe being blamed for turbo failure
@@johninserra2979 That's a good thing to keep handy just in case. I really wouldn't worry about it. I mean it's a nice basic airflow mod. The OEM inlet elbow is really small and restrictive. Aftermarket inlets are usually a larger diameter and also better construction like cast aluminum not thin plastic. Totally up to you my friend, I'd say use your best judgement 👍

Hey savage panda sorry to bother but can you please help me with a issue i have on my audi a3 it was perfectly fine but after i installed big bore turbo inlet pipe and silicone intake inlet hose my car turned on its epc light i bought eqt coil grounding kit to see if it may remove epc light but its still on what can be the issue i also was told the camshaft position magnet may be stuck and be the problem as well as sticky solenoids please help i also reprogrammed the pedal position sensor and nothing im also having low boost code.
What's happening! my 2 cents for what its worth...so with that situation adding a basic inlet pipe, intake etc would not likely cause any drivability issues. I have seen some of the higher mileage EA888 gen 3 motors start to have issues with faulty cam magnets, leaking seals as well as camshaft actuators etc. Get it to a shop where they have the right resources to assist you. VCDS, ODIS etc.
Man I love the look of that ecs big brake kit. So sharp. Surprising number of mods for under $500 for the Audi!

I dont think the older 8P models had turbo muffler deletes. I would check FCP Euro for plugs.

Just picked up an A3 gonna start with these mods....one question, does the APR intake come with a filter to go with it that you put inside the intake?
Yes the intake does include the filter. But for the GTI/A3 you'll need the secondary air filter that is sold separately

RS7 plugs are great for stage 1-3 cars. Follow gap specs for the brand software you are running. APR ignition coils are typically the most popular.

Yes always check gap specs with the tune your running (apr, IE, unitronic)

I would start with stage 1! If you don't want an actual "Tune" you could always do a JB1 or Neuspeed power module. Hope that helps!
